(Physical Suggestion)

EC: Yes, we have the body, [543], present in this room - this we have had before. There are, as we find, improvements in the general physical forces of the body; of the specific conditions as cause those of the incoordinations from the source of genitive forces, to that activity with impulse in the system, as related to that as [we have indicated which shows the] causes for those of the contraction and incoordination, these also show some improvement.
As we find, with the application of the ultra violet, both to the abdomen and to the sacral region - this taken not alternately - but consecutively in same treatment, one and a half to two minutes, on either side, front and back - this taken at periods or days when the manipulation or corrective measures through the manipulation are not given - these will aid most in the clarification of the blood supply, for the conditions are not as best in physical for operative forces at present, but [if the body will] will the body respond in the mental, in the application of those forces as may come through these reactions from the manipulation and of the ultra-violet ray, these will bring about a nearer coordination and nearer cooperative forces, and when necessary will make the operation of much less severity to the body; for, under the existent conditions, as has been given from the first, best that the mental and the physical be prepared before such - though this may become, or may not become, necessary. (Q) Would honey or sugar for sweetening be most beneficial to body?
(A) Honey, especially in the honeycomb.
(Q) Are too many plants which come from under the ground being taken into system?
(A) Make as little of these as may be taken, yet some may be used occasionally for that of the weight or body of food values in the system.
(Q) Which ones should be taken from diet, and which ones may be taken?
(A) Carrots may be preserved, as also may be those of salsify or of those of the nature that are of that character. Potatoes, turnips, beets, and such, should be taken from diet.
(Q) Why do spells occur more often in early morning than at other times during the day?
(A) That period is the cycle of the activities in the system from which the source of the oppression arises, and naturally this, then, would be that period when this would be the most likely to happen. This a most favorable indication.
(Q) What thing, or things, can body do to prevent or help prevent having said attacks or spells?
(A) Being able to consciously hold within the conscious mind of self that source from which all help MAY come, by making same active in the experience of self. As body has held, does hold, that figure, that manifested form in a material plane, that is the representative of ALL good, all health, all power, hold that image - become conscious of that presence, and it will banish all of those forces as make for pain, sorrow, tears, and misunderstandings.
(Q) How much longer a time should body remain at hospital before it will be ready for such an operation?
(A) That must be dependent upon the response to the action of the physical forces to the organs of the system, and MOST of all that of the ability to conquer in self the fear, and THE ability to - or ACCOMPLISH the ability to - hold the image of the Saviour.
(Q) Body is not ready for operation at this time?
(A) This, as has been given. Hold to that, continuous in self, "I am the way, the truth, the light - He, or she, that abides IN me abides in the Father also, and I will in no wise allow thee to see corruption;" with that image held, that consciousness of that spirit in self, ALL may be accomplished for self as is desired. Do that.
