TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [555]; this we have had before. The acute conditions that have arisen arise from those conditions of an overheating of the body with the superacidity in the system, producing a strain by the activity at the time in the muscular forces of the lower portion of the intestinal tract; this forming folds in the lower sphincter muscular forces, segregation of the blood supplies, and producing the form of a blood tumor.
2. As we find, normalcy may be brought about by the application of cold AND heat. The cold, in making the applications, should be of water or towel wrung out of very cold water or tap water, or not quite ice but cooler than tap water. With heavy towel apply across the lower lumbar and sacral area. Let this lay for the period until it is heated from the body, then apply a saturated solution of Epsom Salts as hot as the body can stand. And let THIS remain until cool, then apply the COLD again. The third or fourth round of application should ease the body.
3. Take internally the oils; Usoline preferably, or Nujol or Russian White Oil; tablespoonful.
4. Use as medications the Tim, with the tube; that is, the injection far into the anus. This may be done about twice a day.
5. Standing, if the body may stand, and bending to put the hands on the floor, raising the hands as high above the head as possible, this exercise for three to five minutes will help materially.
6. Bending the body over - as over a table or chair - and pressing upon the nerves about the anus, where we would hold the ends of the ileum and scrotum plexus, will relieve easily.
7. Do these for the present.
8. Be mindful in the diet of too great quantities of very highly seasoned foods.
9. Be mindful of strains when the body is very warm, especially in lifting or pushing things.
10. Manipulations generally will be helpful for the body.
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Just how should the Oil be taken, and how often?
    (A) Tablespoonful once or twice a day until there are the thorough evacuations and eliminations, see?
