(Q) Does it make her cough or catch cold to go out in high
winds or take walks in rain when properly dressed for it?
(A) When there are the tendencies for pressures in a body
such that portions of the system are affected by the change
in temperature or sudden changes, the body is not able
through its equilibrium to adjust itself. And these
conditions, of course, tend to make for colds. But if
the circulation is normal, and the acidity and alkalinity
balanced, it would not be harmful - no. And it shouldn't
be for a growing body, as this.
Do these, as we find in the present; and unless other
conditions arise we will rid the conditions within the
system. Not only by the effect of the medicinal properties
internally but the effect upon the ganglia by the
applications of the massage, that will affect directly the
flow of the lymph or superficial circulation with lymph
through the ganglia of the area, and then the stimulations to
all the muscular forces through the violet ray - for the
ozone that arises from same (which at times will not be so
pleasant to the body) will be most beneficial, if it is
inhaled.
Do this. We are through with this reading.
