(Q) Please give diet best for this body, tonic and
vitamins.
(A) As we find, a well balanced diet is better for this
body. Not altogether starches nor altogether proteins, but a
diet that is very well balanced. It is necessary that there
be not too much sweets, but not too much roughages either at
times. For instance, while pop corn is good, is isn't so
good for the body; though pop corn cakes are excellent for
the body. Oat meal and some cereals are good, but corn
flakes are not good for the body. Citrus fruits of any
character are good for the body, but if taken with starches
at any time they are not good for the body. The meats should
consist of fish, fowl and lamb; not any hog meat ever for the
body. Vegetables of the leafy nature are preferable; not too
much fats with same, just sufficient to season or to make
palatable for the body.
Do use those things indicated, and we will find better
conditions for this body.
