TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [572]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the general physical condition is not so GREATLY improved; yet the very fact that there are still the resistances and the tendencies for the activities of the blood supply to be built up and not lose that it has thus far gained is helpful and hopeful for the body-physical.
3. The condition in the lung, and the tendencies for the inactivity of the liver and kidneys as related to the quantity of the toxic forces necessary to be eliminated by or through such a poor circulation, is the greater destructive force.
4. As we find, these minor changes we would make in the present: First, we would not use so much of the spirits frumenti as to be detrimental to the activity of the lacteal ducts, as has been; for these tend to make for too much of a strain. It would be better for the spirits frumenti to be kept in a keg and the fumes and gases OFF of same be breathed into the lung - as he would the smoking; for this would be more effective and NOT injure the organs in their functioning, you see. Put a gallon of the spirits frumenti in a two gallon keg. Keep it corked tight and inhale the FUMES; NOT drink the stuff.
5. When it is necessary for the stimulant (which there should be), we would use apple brandy instead. This should not be taken more than three to four times each day; that is, the apple brandy, a tablespoonful at each time; but - if desired - the fumes from the spirits frumenti may be inhaled every thirty minutes.
6. In the evening we would take the one grain Calcidin tablet to relieve the pressure in the breathing.
7. Be mindful that there is not too much of the fats, but all the beef JUICES the body will assimilate.
8. We will find that the massaging of the spine from the base of the brain to the lower portion of the dorsal area will be most helpful. The massaging or rubbing of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh - equal parts, heating the oil and adding the myrrh - over the lower portion of the back and over the hips will be most helpful also.
9. Not too strong or too much exercise, but keep in plenty of air - with the fumes from those properties occasionally as indicated in the air, for these will be most helpful to this body, [572].
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) How much water should I drink daily?
    (A) Six to eight pints.
12. (Q) What is best for me to take for proper eliminations?
    (A) The diet is the best. If necessary for the eliminations, gradually use the AL-CAROID and the CAROID Bile Salts tablets. But this should not be taken too strenuously until there is some improvement in the digestive area; that is, the CAROID Bile Salts tablets, though the AL-CAROID may be taken now with impunity. An enema occasionally also will be helpful, with the less strain - about one a week.
13. (Q) What should I take for my cough?
    (A) Those things we have outlined; that is, the Calcidin, the inhalations, the brandy; all of these are for the cough, for the lungs and respiratory system, and will be much more effective and less straining on the hepatic circulation - which isn't producing a very good circulation at present.
14. (Q) The spirits frumenti should be used in a charred keg and the fumes inhaled?
    (A) The spirits frumenti would be used in the charred keg and the fumes inhaled, while the brandy - apple brandy - would be taken internally as indicated.
15. (Q) How is the best way for onions to be cooked in order to get the juice?
    (A) Steamed.
16. (Q) Would cooking them in Patapar paper be a good way?
    (A) This is an EXCELLENT way; then you would have the juice ONLY.
17. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time that would be of benefit?
    (A) We would follow these, which we find will be the most helpful; and we will find the strength being gained. Take all the beef juice that may be assimilated; not just once a day, but every few hours. Small quantities - a teaspoonful every twenty minutes is much better than two tablespoonsful given once a day. No fats in same, but the clear, clean beef - but not the beef itself; though broths may be taken at times of such as mutton, fowl or the like; anything that is STRENGTHENING to the body and that doesn't strain some organ already involved.
18. Do that. We are through with this reading.

(GD's note: Enclosed were some pieces of Patapar paper. Prepare onions for boiling and tie up in paper with strong cord, tightly; then place in water and boil for about an hour; strain off juice. Beef may be prepared same way. Paper may be washed out and used again and again.)
