TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. A great many changes are existent in the body since last we had same here. Some have become specific disturbances and the body has lost a great deal of its strength, of its vitality, through the high blood pressure PRODUCING a clogging and a clot that makes for the inability of activity in the right portion of the body - and in those portions of the extremities does this make for the greater disturbance.
2. As we would find, though it will not cure, it would be most helpful to use a combination as a solvent and as an aid to the locomotion; it will reduce those tendencies for the pressure to become more and more disturbing. However, it will be necessary to keep some of the medications that are being administered at times. Combine these:
3. To 1/2 gallon of white or clear Gasoline, add 1/2 ounce of Camphor Gum. Let this stand and then shake it occasionally, until it is thoroughly dissolved. Then add:

   Pure Olive Oil....................2 ounces,
Compound Tincture of Benzoin......1 ounce.

4. Use this as a rub about three times each week, especially along the brachial center, out the left arm and to the fingertips on the RIGHT hand, down the spine and on both limbs, but especially across the lumbar area and the brachial area.
5. The use of the colonics will reduce the temperature and the pressure the more.
6. Do that.
7. Be very mindful that the diet which has been indicated IS adhered to, and that there are no quantities of fats or sugars.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) How often should the colonics be taken?
   (A) Sufficiently often that there is an evacuation of the colon area each day. This is necessary, whether it is from the use of the colonics or from medications that may be active with the circulatory forces as to produce a higher activity in the peristaltic movement - as laxatives. But do not use very heavy cathartics. Rather Castoria, Olive Oil, Senna, Syrup of Figs, Syrup of Senna. Any of these are much preferable to those that make for a great agitation or that are so acid in their nature.
10. (Q) Should she have the remaining teeth extracted?
    (A) This will be well when the body is able, physically and mentally.
11. (Q) What should she do to restore the use to her right hand?
    (A) As indicated, these rubs will be helpful; but the body must be very mindful, else there will be the recurrent conditions - and then these will make a greater pressure on the brain.
12. We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND

1. See 582-2 on 8/14/34 for high blood pressure, etc.

REPORTS

1. 4/17/39 EC's letter under 1829-2 mentions "a lady here yesterday afternoon said she had lost 40 lbs. in last 4 months and just feels fine - looks better also." [GD's note: I think he may have been referring to Mrs. [582], who was told in 582-1 to lose at least 20 lbs., and I seemed to remember hearing that instead she lost 40 lbs., when she put her mind to following the diet, etc.]
2. 10/20/48 Mrs. [413] asked that we put Mrs. [582]'s daughter on prospect list for E.C.F. donation, since her mother, Mrs. [582], received such help from the Readings.
