1/08/41 EC's letter:
Dear Dr. [
589]:-
I haven't heard from you for some little time. But feeling
that it was a sincere interest you evinced in the Work
sometime ago, I think it is nothing but right that I acquaint
you with the happenings here and the possibilities as we see
them. I feel that you would like to have some part in
preserving the information which has been found good in the
experience of others.
As you possibly know, some of our friends have made it
possible for us to have separate offices - adjoining our
home - for the carrying on of the work. These offices have
not been completed; however, we are able to have the data in
what we feel is a safe fire-proof vault. Now it is our
purpose to complete the equipping of the building, and to
assist in carrying on the segregating of the information in
such a manner that you, as any other interested individual
as a member of the Association, would be able to use it.
This will not require a great deal of money, but if we are
able to have the help of those who are interested, the
combined effort will I'm sure enable us to carry on in a
consistent manner.
I trust that things have gone well with you, that you have
been able to carry on in a way satisfactory to yourself and
to the benefit of others. And if you can, and feel that you
would be justified in assisting us in any way, or in any
amount, we would be most happy to hear from you.
Of course, we want you to make it a point to come in and see
us, and acquaint yourself personally with the outlook here,
to see just how this is being handled.
Hoping this finds you in the very best of health, and with
all good wishes, I am
Sincerely, EDGAR CAYCE EC:GD
