This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 14th day of August, 1934, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [601], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mildred Davis, Annie F. Chase, Helen Ellington, Margaret Wilkins and Ruth LeNoir.

Time and Place: 10:45 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Detroit, Mich.
(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, [601]. As we find, conditions are on the improve. There are recurrent reactions, and the effect in the present of some cold and congestion from the over-acidity of the system; yet these too are being eliminated by the increased activity of the leukocytes in the system and the general reactions are very good. Not so fast as might have been expected, yet we would keep that which has been outlined for the present.
  2. Ready for questions.
  3. (Q) How many times should the prescription be refilled?
    (A) About three times.
  4. (Q) About how many more Infra-Red and Ultra Violet treatments should be taken?
    (A) About six of each.
  5. (Q) Should I follow any definite diet?
    (A) As we have indicated, keep more to the alkalin diets.
  6. (Q) Should the electric lamp treatments be taken during the menstrual period?
    (A) They should not.
  7. (Q) Any further advice for this body?
    (A) Follow these outlines that have been indicated, and as we have given. The conditions are on the improve. We need only consistency and persistency with the general activities physical and mental, with the general reactions in the system; and we will find these will continue on the improve, [601].

I will follow Mr. Cayce's suggestions regarding diet as closely as possible and will carry on with the medicine and Light treatments exactly as directed. I know I will benefit in many ways."
