(Q) And the cramping of hands and feet?
(A) This is from pressures upon the nerve system, as
indicated.
When the massage is given with the Olive Oil and Myrrh, heat
the oil to add the myrrh, and massage not only along the
spine but around the limbs as well as down the centers of the
nerves to same; under the arms, you see, along the whole
length of the arm, under side, following the nerves to the
fingertips - as well as the limbs themselves to the feet;
removing the pressures. This is so the circulation may be
released for better eliminations.
(Q) Should this rub come after or before the osteopathic
treatment?
(A) AFTER. The osteopathic treatments are to release those
pressures between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system,
in the centers and plexus along the cerebrospinal system;
while the massage afterwards for the limbs and along the
spine is more for muscular forces than for the deeper
circulation - or for the superficial circulation.
