My dear Dr. Cayce:
My colleague and friend, Dr. Frank P. Dobbins, referred your
patient Miss [
632] to me to be treated at my Forest Hills
office.
This little patient came to see me on Wednesday, October 3rd,
at which time I carefully administered osteopathic treatment
exactly as described in your reading of September 22nd. She
came in again on October 5th and I am glad to report had felt
well since the preceding treatment. As you suggest I will
treat Miss [
632] about three times weekly until requested to
do differently by you.
As you know this is the first time I have had the pleasure of
seeing any of your patients. I therefore wish to assure you
of my heartiest and most conscientious cooperation in this
case and in any other you may see fit to refer to me.
Mrs. [
669] mentioned that you had prescribed osteopathy and
finger surgery for Mr. [
668] I wish to state that I am well
qualified to perform finger surgery in nose and throat cases
if you desire me to do so.
I trust I will be successful in playing a part in helping you
carry on your wonderful work and hope on any future visit to
New York a conference can be arranged to discuss your work at
first hand.
Sincerely yours,
Lawrence Robertson, D.O.

333]'s ltr.: "The little girl [
632] is
steadily on the improve."
10/17/34 Letter from [
257] to EC: "...Well, must quit as it
is late and I still have a lot of work. Keep me posted. The
little girl [
632] spit up a black spot as big as an egg and
a lot of blood, and had been improving ever since. No more
nausea - eating fine - can't feel even a bump on the side,
and I believe she will get well. They have a large group to
bring in, and want you at their home. So you see Judge, it
takes cooperation. We spent five hours getting them to go
down, but it was worth it all around. We are bound to win
with your sincere desire to aid mankind, and you know
whatever little I can lend - day and night I am ready. The
Good Lord has watched over us, and we will watch out under
him, and do whatever we believe is His bidding. Mother
[
325] prays for you all the time, as we all do - and I know
the prayers are heard..."
