(Q) Would it be advisable for me to associate myself with
Mrs. H. W. Cobb [Iscar May Cobb] of 724 Westover Ave.,
Norfolk, Va., in the renting of this property?
(A) This as we find would be a satisfactory arrangement
not only to the owners of the property, or trustees at
present, but - as indicated - would allow the chances for
clarifying many of those conditions that surround the present
ownership.
As to the price, or the amounts necessary, - we find that
arrangements may be made satisfactorily through this combined
effort.
(Q) Approximately what amount would be required to rent
this property?
(A) As indicated, this can be made satisfactory to all.
(Q) Any other advice regarding this?
(A) As we find, when all things are considered, this is the
better manner for the body, [
658], in the present. That we
would undertake to do.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
11/21/59 Mrs. [
658] died after several months in a nursing
home, at the age of 87.
8/17/65 GD's note: Mrs. Cobb did finally buy the Newcastle
Hotel and recently rebuilt it into a modern motel.
[Mrs. Cobb has been active in A.R.E. affairs for a number
of years, as a Sponsoring Member. I did not know until now
that she was mentioned in Mrs. [
658]'s reading. At the time
of 658-17 we had not met Mrs. Cobb.
