(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
As we find, conditions are not so well as when last we had same.
A great deal of the disturbance is in line with that which has been indicated heretofore; yet in some manners there are changes - and not changes for the better, as in the present.
These conditions as we find arise from the lack of having completed the manipulative forces that were indicated to adjust the coordinations between the superficial and the deeper circulation.
And with the superacidity that has arisen from an unbalanced diet, and diets containing too much of fats and condiments, a condition has been produced in the digestive system that - combined with the improper coordination in the eliminating systems - sets up an irritation through the attempts of the superficial circulation to eliminate much that should be carried through the ordinary channels.
Thus with the digestive system affected, the activities as related to the hepatic circulation become involved in the present - as indicated from the cyst reaction again, with corruption in same; as well as that indicated in the rash and the abrasions on parts of the body, especially chin, face, neck and arms.
As we find then in the present, these are necessary for the better corrections:
To take things internally, or to correct the diet, would not under existent conditions eliminate the condition entirely. Though it may allay same, it would certainly localize same in some portion of the body - or carry it farther into the area as indicated about the lower or coccyx end of the spine.
As we find, then, the deeper applications of the deep therapy or X-Ray have NOT been the better for the body; for this increasing of the vibratory forces even to the end of destruction to disturbed tissue - without the corrections in the cerebrospinal system (lumbar, dorsal and the solar plexus areas; and, of course, coordinating the cervical; but lumbar, coccyx and the 9th and 10th dorsal) - would NOT be helpful to the body unless these corrections are made. See?
Hence we would NOT give these in the present - that is, the X-Ray treatments; but we would, preferably:
As indicated, have the corrections made in the cerebrospinal system; lumbar, dorsal and the solar plexus areas; and, of course, coordinating the cervical - but lumbar, coccyx and the 9th and 10th dorsal. We would have these made through the deep manipulations osteopathically.
And we would have the electrical treatments preferably from the deep therapy carrying the high vibrations of the Diathermy; the CENTRAL portion of the circulatory and nerve system, rather than to local conditions. The deep therapy, you see; this should be of the high frequency, but do not begin with the too high frequency - gradually work up to same. Begin with a treatment about once a week, then after this has been taken for two to three weeks begin with twice a week for several treatments - after corrections have been made.
We would find these, then, most helpful.
Make local application on the abrasions with the combination of Iodex and CARBON Ash, rather than the Animated Ash. The proportions of these for such a compound would be only about a quarter grain of the Carbon Ash to an ounce of the Iodex, or an eighth grain to half an ounce.
Internally we would take a little Elm Water about twice a day; just a pinch of Powdered Elm between the thumb and forefinger, stirred into a glass of cold water - not iced but cold water, and let it set about three to four minutes before drinking.
Also we find that Saffron Tea would be a help to the digestive forces. Add a level teaspoonful of the American Saffron to a pint of water and let it steep as tea. Do not drink this at the same time the Elm Water is taken, of course, but preferably once between the morning and noon meals, and once between the noon and evening meals.
Then the DIET:
Do not eat butter nor its products. Do not eat meats or FRIED FOODS OF ANY KIND! The only meats taken should be fowl, fish or lamb - and these only roasted or broiled.
Beware of too much sugars. Rather use the foods of the vine, or vegetables that grow ABOVE the ground rather than below the ground.
Do these, and as we find we will bring the better conditions for this body, [661].
Ready for questions.
(Q) Is the condition contagious or infectious?
(A) Neither contagious nor infectious.
(Q) Is the Carbon Ash that has recently been made by Thomas B. House, Manager of the Health Home Remedies Corp., Norfolk, Va., the correct product to use in making the compound mentioned?
(A) This is the correct to use - the white powder that forms from the electrical activities in a partial vacuum.
We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND

See 661-3 on 3/30/35 for anal cyst.
8/15/37 Aunt [601]'s phone request for emergency Ck. Rdg. for him: "What causes skin condition on chin and cheek? Has the x-ray tr. been beneficial or harmful? Give specific diet. What foods may cause this condition or correct it? What ointment or other medication to relieve this rash? How can it be prevented from spreading? There is discharge from coccyx area - what can be done at this time to eliminate this condition? Has this condition caused the eruption on chin?"

REPORTS

8/22/37 Mrs. [601] phoned: "Please send a jar of the Carbondex [GD's note: See 1800-30 calling the product Anidex.] to my sister right away, for her son [661]."
9/20/37 Aunt [601]'s ltr.: "While there hasn't been very much improvement in his skin, they have noticed a little less inflammation. The Carbondex was used every evening for several weeks and began smarting and burning. After leaving off the salve for a wk. the inflammation lessened. They haven't been able to find any physician or osteopath or hospital in their neighborhood who has a diathermy machine... He has been taking the osteopathy, also following the diet and other medication."
