TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the entity and those relations with the universe and universal forces, that are latent and manifested in the personalities of the present entity, [708].
2. In entering the present experience we find the entity coming with much that must be met as karmic influences in the now, through the application of that which is the consciousness of a soul-entity as related to the Creative Consciousness in a material world. For, it is for soul development that each soul enters an experience, taking on a material body endowed with the attributes of materiality through the influence of the forces or laws that bring into being those conditions in the experience of a soul. Hence the entity in entering in the present finds many conflicting experiences with the soul, the material, even the mental or innate urges, as well as the sojourns in those environs about the earth that have their own peculiar vibrations from their associations or activities in this realm of activity; thus making for, to the soul, in any environ, the innate urges that arise as they are awakened in the experience. Hence those influences that we find in the Jupiterian experience make for the vastness of scope, of activity, in the mental and soul experience of the entity; making for those associations in places and positions in the earth, as related to those that deal with the groups; whether in the economic conditions, the social, the political influences and power; those in office by choice or by preference through the application of their own will forces have been and are a portion of the entity's experience. These applied in the experience in any sojourn, or in this, in such measures that are in keeping with that which is set as the universal law as related to the divine that is a manifestation within the experience and the birthright of each soul, whether into the earth or out of the earth, will bring their own reward. As ye do it unto the least of those in thine experience, whether in this, that or the other environ, ye do it unto the living force or the Creative Energies known as the guards, or God, in the universal influence.
3. Hence we find these in portions of the experience in the present have brought sudden, yet definite, changes in the experience of the entity in its relationships with groups of various natures, various kinds. Those things that have dealt with calamitous nature in the affairs of men have had, do have, directly and indirectly, an experience upon, an influence in, the experience of the entity.
4. The influences in Neptune and Uranus show much of the innate expression of self in its relationships to waters, and large bodies of waters, and the vibrations that come from same are either a helpful, hopeful thing or a sad experience in its material expression - as we shall see, and have seen, in the experience of the entity in its earthly sojourns.
5. Then, as to the appearances in the earth, and these that come rather from those sojourns in the earth through those things that may be known as the emotional influences or forces in the body that deal with an expression or experience in an earthly sojourn, those that have the greater influence in the present may be given. Not all, for they would be many; but that which is to be met by the entity in the present in its application of that it has attained or gained throughout experiences or expressions in the earth, that the soul, for its own development, may become one with the universal forces or Creative Energies, or God. For it is the purpose for each soul's entrance, each soul's activities. Not what one knows. Not what one says. But it is what one DOES respecting that it knows! For the Creative Energies are ever as the changing influences in growth. While the whole of an experience is as dependent upon that which has been, that which is to be, that which is to be is expressed in that which has been. That which has been is expressed in that which is, when considered from the purely MATERIAL expression of now.
6. Before this we find the entity was in the lands of the present sojourn; though born in the land of the present nativity, the entity came as a companion of the rulers that were set in this new land as ones that were representatives or what would be commonly called in the present parlance the district or judge advocates of a particular group.
7. The entity then, in the name Irene Dinwiddie, was active in the associations of an adverse influence; for it was during those periods when there were the rebellions (so far as the political influences were concerned), yet with the associations in the social, material and mental ways and manners the entity aided in many things, yet losing in many things - for there was the desire to impose upon others that which was, and is, the idea of the entity as an ideal, thus making for self-indulgences.
8. This brings about those experiences in the present when the entity finds, when from the angles of self's OWN advancement these easily fall away - and not by those apparently in power but by those that are too often considered as the common people, the rabble. THESE have their influence, and make for experiences in the sojourn of the entity. Hence that which would be gained by the entity from these experiences and from that sojourn in the earth. MAN may look on the outward experience, the Father, the God, looks rather upon that which prompts - rather the purposes and the desires of an individual. And if these are for the aggrandizement of self, these must come to naught. If they are for the glorification of the Spirit-Force, the God-Creative influence in each and every soul, these come to fruition. For MAN in any sphere of activity may only express that which is the prompting of the inner self. And in those directions in which it is made, the God influence, the high universal Spirit-Force gives the increase. The growth, then, is from within, and not as of knowledge, not as of other things that are of the earth or of self from without. For knowledge and understanding comes from within. It may not be put on as a cloak, as an office, as a position, as a place. For, "He that will be the greatest among you will be the servant of all!" This has been well said, and each will find it in their experience that, if you would have life, if you would have honor, if you would have faith, if you would have love, then you must show yourself not only in word but in act, in deed, to be indeed and in truth these things unto the lowest of thy fellow man in the positions that they may occupy in their own development. For he that is just kind, just gentle, just patient, just showing forth brotherly love, just being that as the Father would have him be, is lending to the Lord, and it brings in its fruits those things that are of the spirit of truth - harmony, contentment, and the abilities to be more and more of the greater, the more universal service to all whom the soul, the entity may contact.
9. Before that we find the entity was in the land of the present nativity, or birth place, during those periods when there were the kings and rulers that were making for the establishing of the relationships between the common peoples and the consideration was being given that there must be those activities that made for rather than the activity of one that ruled as by might - those that ruled rather as by permission; not by opportunity but rather that by choice, or during those periods of Alfred the Great.
10. The entity then was in those associations or closely affiliated with the activities during that sojourn, and in the name Katherine.
11. In the experience the entity gained, yet lost when there were the aversions that arose in the experience of the entity for its desire to force, the desire to impel, the desire to create for self a place through which the expressions of the body-mind and the conditions in the associations might find the greater expression.
12. In the present, as we will find, it brings for the entity the greater associations with those in power, those in position, those that are placed there by the choice of peoples; with the entity, in making the applications,again faced with those issues as during that sojourn. Studying these the entity may find much that will induce it to become rather in that position where the healing, that is a portion of the entity's development, may not be for self but WHOLLY, ONLY, for others.
13. Before that we find the entity was during those periods when there were the gatherings of many to that city builded in the plains and the hills, in what is now known as the Persian or Arabian land.
14. The entity was among the peoples of what is now known as India, and came to be one of those that might find health in body, strength in mind, through the teachings of that Uhjltd in that experience.
15. Through the greater portion of its sojourn there the entity gained, through the tenets of those things that were propounded by the leader and the associations in the experience. But with the return to the own land, or to those lands about what is now Poona, the entity began to lose; for with the healing influences that were capable of being raised within self for the creating of those vibrations that made for the healing influences in the experiences of others, the entity used same for self's own laudation - through same bringing contradictory forces within the experience of self; undertaking, during the latter portion of its sojourn during that experience, to rally to the aid of those that were being overrun by those people in the Grecian land, the entity was carried into the land, gaining somewhat during that portion of its sojourn.
16. And from same those experiences that deal with that thought are innate, and find expression in the present oft - not only in the conversation but in the tendency to turn to such experiences as the usages or for the powers of divination and the powers of activity that make for the influences, whether by rote or by certain formulas that may be of help in bringing the attitude. But the formula rather than the attitude has been sought by the entity.
17. Before that we find the entity was in that land now known as the Atlantean, during those periods when there were the attempts of the individuals to leave same through the knowledge that there must be very soon the destruction of same.
18. The entity was among those who went to the land now known as the Egyptian, during those periods when there was the attempt to overshadow the teachings of the Priest that had recently been returned to the position of affluence. The entity brought contradictory experiences in its own self and was banished to what later became the period of uprisings by those in what is now the East Indian land.
19. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, and that to which it may attain:
20. First: Know thyself, and that which is the prompting of the urges that arise within self - whether for the seeking of understanding or in the application of that which is known within self. Is the application, the knowledge, sought for the glorification of self or for the glorification of that Creative Force through the messengers that have come for the forewarning and for the knowledge of all that they may be one with that Creative Energy? For many are the attributes of the various experiences that are found in the application and in the experience of the entity in the present. Lest these become stumblingblocks, know to whom the laudation must go, to whom the praise must be given, to whom and for what the glory is to be made manifest.
21. As a teacher, as an instructor, as a healer; WELL. BETTER to be led than to be guided, until that which is to become the greater awakening in self is in the experience of the entity.

23. (Q) What was the purpose of my soul taking on this incarnation?
    (A) That there might be, as given, the opportunity for the soul to magnify the Creative Forces, rather than the lauding of self.
24. (Q) Although the upward flight of my soul has been tremendous, why has it always been blocked by limitation when opportunity has come?
    (A) That may be answered best by seeking from within, through that which has just been given - as to what were the promptings of the activities in the sojourn. True, each soul as it enters this material plane enters for its advancement. WHAT the soul-entity does about that it has gained in experience, in application, makes for whether this is to be far - or very little - or even a backward tend. For growth is hindered as by the searing of influences that are not of the nature to make quick or lasting growth.

1. 11/02/34 "I am delighted with my Life Reading. Everything you described I innately feel to be true. I have gone all through the scenes you describe and am still fighting for the under-dog.
