TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [772] - this we have had before.
2. Now, as we find, the general physical conditions of the body are very good in the present. There are some conditions that are minor in their nature in the present, that were measures taken to meet these in the present would prevent some disorders that would be aggravating to the body later on.
3. These are, as we find, of two specific natures. While they have some connection through the nerve pressure or impulses in system, in the meeting of these it would require two different or two coordinating measures for the correction and for the making of those things that would prevent disorders from arising later.
4. In the lumbar and sacral region there are some pressures that cause to the feet at times a strain, especially on the burses in the heel. These would be relieved by the massage of the lumbar region and the limbs with properties that may be absorbed by the system, to give greater elasticity to the muscle and tendons. This massage we would give two or three times each month, for six to eight treatments.
5. After each massage, sweat, or masseuse rubdown, combine these properties in a lotion to be massaged into the lumbar and limbs:

   Rub alcohol........................1/2 pint,
Witchhazel...........................1 ounce,
Russian White Oil....................1 pint,
Rosewater..........................1/2 ounce.

Shake this together before it is massaged, in small quantities, in the limbs, from the heels to the lower portion of the dorsal area.
6. There will be greater elasticity, less fatigue when standing on feet or walking, and this pressure that is existent will be relieved.
7. There are those tendencies also, in the upper dorsal and cervical area, of irritations to the sympathetic or the secondary cardiac plexus, that make irritations to the soft tissue in head, neck, throat, antrum, and the nasal cavities. For this condition we would use violet ray over the area from the 4th or 5th dorsal to base of brain. This may be taken at the same periods when the preventative measures are taken for the strengthening of the muscular forces in the lower portion of the body, by the gentle massage - not osteopathic or chiropractic, but the masseuse or neuropathic massage, or the like.
8. Do that. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Are there any other conditions of which I should be warned?
   (A) These are those that we find for the physical forces of the body.
10. (Q) Is there any further advice that would be helpful to me at this time?
    (A) These are those tendencies to be corrected in the physical forces, that disorders may not arise later. These conditions corrected in the upper portion will prevent those tendencies of colds, and those tendencies of irritation in throat and head with colds.
11. That is all the questions.
12. We are through with this reading.

REPORTS

1. 3/13/33 GD's letter to Mrs. [772]: We were sorry to hear of Mr. [261]'s illness, but hope he has entirely recovered before this. If not, let us know - for Mr. Cayce is back now, and we would be glad to help if possible.
I was perfectly thrilled at the report from your sister [Mrs. [260]]. Has she gotten the battery yet? I know she is going to get completely well again.
Tonight our Study Group is having an open meeting, and Mr. Cayce is to give a reading on the Book of Revelation [See 281-16] in the Bible - interpret it, in other words. I wish you could be here. I think we'll have copies of it prepared to send out, if the information is anything along the line we think it will be. However, we never can tell.
Here's hoping you are all feeling better, and that you will let us hear from you.
   Sincerely, Gladys Davis
2. 6/18/34 She reported on Ck. Physical for daughter, [566].
3. 11/13/34 She obtained her next Ck. Physical - See 772-4.
