(Physical Suggestion)

EC: We have the body here, [796], this we have had before.
As we find, some conditions are exaggerated in the physical forces of the body; that is, there are EXTREMES. And the body mentally and physically has allowed and does allow itself to become too easily influenced by every suggestion that is made for the TRYING or experimenting with so many VARIED conditions, that there is not given the full time for the EFFECT of that which may prove the more helpful to the body in any one period. Hence we keep the body physically and mentally disturbed.
That there has been for some time, as has been heretofore indicated, a great disturbance in the activity of the assimilating system, is indicated by the manner in which the foods tend to produce gas, and to form disturbances through the alimentary canal, with periods when there is the tendency for constipation and other periods when there is so much disorder that there is the tendency for reliefs in varied ways and manners.
As we would find, these would be most helpful to the body:
First, we would begin with the use of colonic irrigations. These may be taken by self, IF the colon tube or extension is used. Use a saline with soda solution; that is, to each quart of water that is used (tepid or body temperature) put a level teaspoonful of salt and half a teaspoonful of baking soda. Use a quart or quart and a half of water. Then in the last water use a little Glyco-Thymoline; a tablespoonful to the quart of water.
Also we would find it most helpful to use a little Milk of Bismuth. This taken about an hour after the noon meal, or an hour after the evening meal; half a teaspoonful of Bismuth and one minim (drop) of Essence of Pepsin, or Elixir of Lactated Pepsin, stirred in a glass of water.
And in the diets, we would keep these; as the principal guides to meals:
Mornings - citrus fruits and the whole wheat or cracked wheat as cereal, but do not eat these at the same meal! Not even if you take the citrus fruit an hour and a half or two hours before! Do not even have these in the same part of the day at all!
Noons - raw vegetables.
Evenings - whole cooked vegetables, but preferably cooked in their own juices - or cook them in Patapar Paper, so that all of their juices are retained in same. Thus we will find that much that has disagreed will become helpful in the building up of the body. By using these in this way and manner, do not disturb self that poisons will come from the cooking pots or pans - but in the CLEANSINGS for the intestinal tract these will be eliminated.
Remember, the body rebuilds and replenishes itself continually. What portion would be the more active in its changes than those that ARE the channels for these very changes - the DIGESTIVE forces of the body; the lungs, the liver, the heart, the digestive system, the pancreas, the spleen? All of these change the more often, so that when it is ordinarily termed that the body has changed each atom in seven years, these organs have changed almost SEVEN TIMES during those seven years!
Hence these should not disturb the body, provided the proper balances are being kept in the system.
The use of the Radio-Active Appliance will be most helpful to the body in making for better rest of evening, and making for a more equalized circulation; also in keeping the PULSATIONS throughout the body.
To have a gentle massage once a week, or oftener, is MOST helpful. For by such applications the impulses from ganglia along the cerebrospinal system may be such as to reach the varied organs and dissipate varied disturbances.
Do these, and be CONSISTENT with these for thirty-six to forty days; and we would find a great change and a helpfulness for this body.
Those tendencies for pains in the extremities, in the shoulders, in the neck and arms, will disappear with the use of these in the manner indicated.

(Q) Why is the gas condition worse at left side just at edge of ribs? Any ulcers?
(A) This is rather a condition in the colon. Not an ulcer but a plethora condition that arises from an engorgement in the colon itself and a pressure upon the organs in this area.
The use of the colonics once or twice a week as indicated should soon relieve this condition.
(Q) Should I still use the Animated Ash and Iodex salve on my face?
(A) We would change from this and use Resinol Ointment in the present, until there is a change in the vibrations in the system.
(Q) Would the sun glass, [as suggested or used by Dr. R. C. Conley, D.C.] just sun coming through glass, help place on face?
(A) This would be helpful but would be hard to centralize or localize sufficiently for this to be a helpful experience for the body.
(Q) Is there any poison from amalgum filling in teeth?
(A) Rather is this a strain upon the system by the general strain on the ASSIMILATING system.
(Q) How can I take milk and olive oil and eggs?
(A) These we may take in preparation with other foods, rather than in volume themselves.
(Q) What outward effects on the place may I expect from the use of the Resinol Ointment?
(A) A drying condition.
Do these things.
