(Q) Any other specific suggestions for the diet?
(A) As indicated, beware of highly seasoned foods and of too
much starches or too much meats that are heavy, or red meats.
These are harmful to those activities in the system itself.
But with the following of these suggestions, as we find,
these conditions should be immediately reduced; not only the
pressure, not only those tendencies for the dizziness, the
fullness or shortness of breath, but the tendency for the
legs and lower limbs to become deadened or heavy. These
conditions or effects, or symptoms, would disappear.
Do that.
We are through for the present.
