EC: In the present we would give first this; that the son of Mu [See 877-10 & 12 in re his Gobi incarnation] reasons with the entity in the present and seeks that there be those continuations of those endeavors of the entity for the sons of men. For many are again close in associations with the entity that must direct the affairs of groups and individuals, and of nations, to their uplift or their undoing.
Keep then, O son of Mu, those ideals that are as one with that universal consciousness, not for self-indulgence nor aggrandizement of any of those petty policies where power alone becomes might, but in the wisdom of thy fathers, in the wisdom of thy brother, in the wisdom of thy God, let thy right hand know not the guidings of the left. Let thy yeas be yea and thy nays be nay. For the reckonings of this earth are among those peoples who have proclaimed Him the Lord of Lords, and they are to be tested as to their practical application of, Art thou thy brother's keeper?
For the blood of ages crieth unto the Lord of Hosts, and He will not always be unmindful of the cries of those who are oppressed; neither will He be slack with judgements of those who because of self-indulgence and self-glorification forget their God.

(Q) Regarding Sands Point House: Any further advice on how to sell?
(A) As we find, as has been indicated, there are contacts that have been made, that through these or their associations it may be carried through, especially in those periods just after the holidays. And these as we find need then a little patience and a little urging, and seeking within for the direct ways. These as we find are working, yet slowly in the present, but may be urged - yet not too strenuous an urge. For when one leaves the needs of self and many into the hands of the living influences, these will work for that which is in keeping with the best for all.
(Q) What is correct price to ask?
(A) As has been indicated, it should be above the two hundred and twenty-five to two hundred and fifty to sixty-eight thousand dollars. This should be the correct price. If these make for then the proper considerations, these will be maintained close to such figures.
(Q) How interest Woolworth to buy or help me sell to others?
(A) As we find, this would not be - as we say in common parlance - in an untactful manner, but approach rather in a banter; and we would find that these will bring the more sure considerations.
And the needs are then that there be given a little thought by the body for a cooperation in interesting others. This as we find is the proper mode or manner of approach.
(Q) Should I offer Woolworth repurchase agreement or joint account deal - if so on what terms?
(A) Joint account deal, as considered from that just indicated, that the first approach comes from a banter. Then cooperation. And this naturally leads to the joint account consideration.
(Q) American Sealkap: How can buying of this stock be stimulated to get market higher?
(A) By inducing groups in varied centers, or in one or two centers where there is the greater use of the products, to buy for or make an outlay for the stock. This then will, with that general rise as precedes the activities that are of natural consequence at this period or season, make for same. And this movement upon the part of one or two groups will carry this to a new high, a new consideration, and a new activity.
(Q) How can I interest Talbot to buy and what price should I ask?
(A) This as we find must be approached through the associates of Talbot in other connections that have to do with the same character of consideration, that gives the advantage to the activity for Talbot's associates and interests.
(Q) And what price should I ask?
(A) On an advanced market, to be sure; not below an advanced market.
(Q) Should I buy more stock for my clients - if so, at what price?
(A) Advanced not in great brackets but sufficient that there is shown the strength in same. For the law, as has been indicated for the body, works throughout. And unless there is felt the psychological effect of purchase by varied groups or by even individuals - makes for the psychological effect upon those that the body would interest and of the proposition that is the proper consideration to give every product.
(Q) At what price should my clients' present holdings be sold, and when?
(A) If there is the advance, it's natural that it must be upon the increase that is produced by the very activity and the very movements that are brought about by the considerations. Even though they may be of the same groups that are buying or trading in for an advance on their own holdings.
(Q) Should I become Director? Chairman? With salary?
(A) Become Director, Chairman, with salary.
(Q) Can I trust Mackin?
(A) Yes, we find that there is proper consideration being given by Mackin to all phases of the developments, the distributions, the activities, in a sincere manner.
(Q) Edwards?
(A) Edwards not so sure, but trustworthy.
(Q) [1256]?
(A) [1256] may be trusted to the limit in most all of these associations and these connections. For here we have an individual ideal that is more than mere trustworthy.
(Q) Should I resume Presidency of Pem?
(A) This we do not find as well, if there are to be those considerations in other directions. But rather the responsibilities and the changes, unless there are the reorganizations in these directions, would be well not to take too much.
(Q) Directorship?
(A) Yes, but as the full responsibility - not so well with so many other interests that demand attention.
(Q) Should Pem be dissolved?
(A) As indicated, this may be a reorganization with other activities and then there would be a different consideration. But not dissolved as to be out of the way or quit, but those activities for - for there is the general trend - we find there are more moneys and more individuals to invest and more individuals that are needing those activities of influences that are carried on through these associations and those activities of same. Hence a reorganization may be considered as indicated, but not dissolve.
(Q) How get others agree?
(A) The needs and the necessities of same, and the conditions that have surrounded and that do surround the activities. These should be sufficient to make for the showing of the needs and the gains that may be had through this channel, or through the change that may be wrought in such a manner.
(Q) Should I try to arrange a pooling of interests between Pem and my other clients?
(A) This is very good, if there is the more serious consideration of reorganization with Pem.
(Q) Should a voting trust be formed to control or should there be mere private agreement?
(A) This is well - the voting trust; for this then would insure that those who are to guide the destinies of the whole activities would be kept closer in accord. This may be gained by the counsel with many of the entity's own clients, as well as those considerations with those that are known by the entity to be in the position of either fearful or doubtful, or lacking in interest at all.
(Q) Who should become voting trustees or manage the pool?
(A) This should be a choice of those who have the greater interest. Not necessary of quantity of stock but the greater interest in the activities of same, that are representative of the holders rather than the personal gain. While the personal gain for the greater activities of course would redown [redound?] to the benefit of all, yet those who have a greater interest in the interests of their associates or clients or activities in same.
(Q) Would it be better to enlarge Pem and have my clients exchange their Sealkap shares for Pem stock? If so, who should control Pem Board of Directors?
(A) As a reorganization this would be very good to consider, or may be a means or way of making for the greater enlargement. This may be considered, of course, from every angle and then those considerations of the principles that guide or direct the greater activity not only as to the confidence but as to the actual returns and as to those considerations of every investor in same.
(Q) Who should control Pem Board of Directors?
(A) If there is then the activity as indicated, the natural tend or possibility would be that those who are in active control of Sealkap would become then the greater interest or the greater as the directors or of directing the policies and activities of the enlarged organization. These would be natural consequences with the interests of others that are considered in same - a unit of activity.
(Q) Any further advice regarding protecting my clients' and my interests in Sealkap and Pam?
(A) As we find, those considerations, those directions as indicated would make for the greater protection of all interests as well as an assurity of the future as well as present investors in same.
(Q) ... & Co.: What will be best time to sell my stock exchange seat?
(A) As indicated, those days in February.
(Q) How high will price of seats go to 1937?
(A) To almost that level as was reached in '28 or 2, better than 2 hundred thousand dollars, even as to as high as two fifty-six may be expected during '37. But the interests of the entity and those activities as we find in which the gains and the activities should be, would be, and while there may be associations and directions through channels which would make for the inducement of being in close connections, either the sale or other associations would make for channels through which the entity would be the greater gainer by being released from that association in same. Hence as has been indicated, as we would find, if these connections are seriously considered with the government and the Pan American and the activities with same, these would then become in the latter portion of February the best season for disposal. While not at the period when there possibly may be the very highest figure, but these fluctuate - to be sure - according to general conditions.
(Q) Should I sell my interests in firm and seat to my wife? If so, when?
(A) At such a period. These are as has been given, may be very well, but as we find that leaves then the greater burden upon the entity itself and the activities and may produce the questioning on the part of some associations and some activities. But these are not beyond consideration. But as we find should be given, owing to those other connections, due considerations as to WHICH connections. For there is not the desire, nor is there the principle that there should ever become a question as to why policies were in this or that direction.
(Q) Would it be wise to dissolve firm and leave seat with [partner], taking his note payable on demand, he having option to pay face amount on demand or sell seat at that time and pay me proceeds?
(A) This would be a very good consideration and a very good way for same to be disposed of, and it's very much worth considering.
(Q) If so, what is correct amount of note and rate of interest? and when should this be done?
(A) The regular rate of interest for call money, and the prices or the amount of same, that to which it will be at the time - and the time will be in the latter portion of February for such an action.
(Q) When should this be done?
(A) As just given.
(Q) Is there a better way to make my transition from broker to banking field?
(A) This as we find is the better way or the better manner for the transition to be made.
(Q) Pan American Trust Co.: Should I become associated with this bank? If so, in what capacity and on what terms?
(A) As we find, very much worth considering. And as has been given, in that capacity where the activities of the government and of the various governments would pass through the actions of the entity or the body itself.
These as we find are the conditions or those activities where the qualifications of associations as well as those other considerations as indicated must be considered by the entity in this great dealing.
For here we will find associates, in every stage of this development, wherein there have been those former periods of consideration for national and international activity. And these then offer, through this manner or channel, an opportunity for the entity serving not only its own people but many of the others also.
(Q) In the capacity of Director, Officer, Agent.
(A) This is very good as considered.
(Q) On what terms?
(A) These of course should be in keeping with the position as the entity represents in ALL of its phases.
(Q) Should I buy stock in this bank?
(A) If the entity is to be among the directors in same, not only buy but advise all others to do so.
(Q) How much and how can I finance?
(A) This may be accomplished through the joint stock agreement that may be made with those that may have to do with the dealings with the Sands Point House.
(Q) Should I travel abroad for this bank? Particularly, should I travel around South American for bank next year?
(A) This as we find would - with the entity or body occupying those positions of a Director, with the abilities and facilities that have been or may be accomplished by the entity's activity - become almost a natural outcome of the activity. And these just as soon as there have been or are established the greater associations, with not only the Argentine, the Brazilian, but even the smaller connections - as the Paraguay and the other portions even on the other coast, these will be worthy of consideration. As to what terms, these would naturally be in keeping with the activity done or accomplished, or the increase in those amounts of the exchange and the various abilities for the closer associations with the undertaking with the other financial institutions that represent them or are represented by them in their associations and connections. And these then making for more of a mutual activity will make more and more then not only remunerative to the body but facilitate the activities between the various countries or nations and the Pan American Trust.
(Q) Would it be wise to give up all other business and work only for this bank?
(A) It may eventually come to this, but will be a gradual growth rather than saying it will be just cut short.
(Q) Can I trust Legorretta and Glenn?
(A) These as we find are worthy of trust. Yet they are expecting, even under the general considerations, to be directed more by the body than the body making for in the present being directed by them.
(Q) Should I confine my banking work to this bank or try to also connect with others - if so, what banks?
(A) As we find, in those general activities that are taking place, and the general considerations that are given the whole of the American continent in the present, while these will naturally make for other associations of a national nature, yet this banking institution - under its present arrangements and with its affiliation with the government (which is to be kept and held) will require about all of the time and abilities, without considering others - until other changes as we find come about.
(Q) Should this bank confine business to the Americas?
(A) In the principal. While it will extend later, owing to much of the same character of interest, to Australia - not so much to the Far East in the general term of things.
(Q) Harriman Securities Corp.: Should I endeavor to become a Vice President of this company?
(A) This depends upon other activities and upon the determination as to just what associations or connections this organization may have with the other interests of the entity when there has been reached the finality of conclusions as to the organization. As for the assistance that the entity may be owing to its closer cooperation with individuals and in the aiding of this reorganization that has been in process as regarding some of the investment portions of same, it may be very well to be close in touch but not the responsibility of an officer in that capacity, as we would find, would be desirable at this time.
(Q) How proceed, and should I ask for compensation?
(A) Should ask for compensation for those activities in this reorganization and the reconsiderations. But to become so closely affiliated as to become responsible, then may defeat the purposes of the entity in the associations with the other organizations.
(Q) When should I sell my interest in this company?
(A) As we find, when there has been the proper consideration given to not only all the securities but all of these securities that are of the nature that deal with the practical portion of its holdings; which will naturally be advanced through those periods of specific and general rise that follows in the general order of things with the improvement of conditions and the distributions of holdings and activities. And when these are at their best, then the disposal may be in the best sense to be considered.
(Q) Government Service: Previous reading indicated my real life mission was only to be fulfilled by serving the Government in international relations. Am I correct in my interpretation?
(A) As has just been indicated, that in this organization of the Pan American there is to be that establishment of the Government associations with this in such ways and measures that the entity, following in those suggestions given, serves not only the Government and its interests but other governments and other associations for the general good of all. And in this association and connection, as we find, as has been indicated, is the proper connection, the proper association.
That is, while there have been many connections and many associations in financial institutions that have been more or less of a national or international nature, there has not yet been established the closer affiliation of the Government interests, the Government exchange, to prevent at some time or another differences in the exchange in the various lands. Not to seriously affect investors in the interest of even the institution, but owing to the relationships as indicated and that are in process of such an affiliation with such an organization of the nature at the present time, there may be established the relationships where not only the financial institution but the officers, the directors and those affiliated with same will be in the better position to supervent (?) [circumvent?] any disturbance of this kind in the future in their relationships. As has been in times past. And these are gradually lessening, but have required and do require yet - owing to the variations in the exchange - the inability of those in some of the South American countries to draw upon their investments there even though they are invested from the United States.
Now, these conditions are gradually being changed. For with the monetary conditions of the world becoming more and more stabilized, and with a greater bond of sympathy, of unity and of exchange with all of the South American lands, and even those of some of the South Sea lands, we will find these conditions may through such an international investment corporation or banking condition or concern, be so adapted to the needs in the various countries (that is, in South American, to be sure) that most of these conditions can be overcome.
Then, there is seen what a great advantage there will be to those great organizations and corporations that have been dealing as independent groups with these various lands, in having a connection where their exchanges are given a consideration that has not been able to heretofore even be considered possible.
(Q) I have vision of becoming US Gold Administrator under direct control of the President, establishing free markets for good against US currency fixing price of gold daily and thereby regulating the entire economy of the USA and directly that of the entire world. Is this vision sound, and if so how should I proceed to bring it about.
(A) This, as has been indicated, is just what is taking place, put in other terms or words, in the manner in which these are being considered in the whole of what is the Western Hemisphere in the present.
Then, that organization or financial institution which may be not only an individual organization or represent private capital but so affiliated with the Government, by direct association and contact, to be able to handle this situation and take advantage of same. Not that they are given, but offering through the Government's association and through private association ways and means and channels through which these exchanges will take on a new meaning.
And with the whole of the Western Hemisphere directing the price of that which is to be the standard - for at least fifty-eight to ninety-eight more years, then these will be the ways and means for the greater handling.
Again we give to the son of Mu those blessings of a divine concept of the needs of the spiritual man's activity in the groups and the activities that direct the destiny of the lowly or the middle man.
