This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 14th day of October, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [900].

TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of Apt. ..., New York City, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lessons to be gained from these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body-mind here, with those dreams as come to the entity, and through which the entity may gain the more perfect understanding of the relations between God and man, and of the way in which He, God, manifests himself through mankind. Ready for dream.
3. (Q) Tuesday, Oct. 13, 1925, at home, Apt. ..., ... St., N.Y. City. "A Second dream I cannot recall. Recall and interpret."
   (A) In this, we find this as dream: In a department store, and there were cases of goods being nailed and others being unpacked, and entity was arranging same; first apparently in a store wherein the entity had labored, again it seemed changed to other newer goods. In this we find, as it were, continuation of those same forces as were seen in other, presented in a different manner. As these are being stored, new and old, and as same are being presented to the various individuals, classes, groups, the entity gains the more perfect understanding in seeing same manifest in that same law as is set in each, as for the mental, physical and spiritual concept the individual and classes may have of the forces manifested in the physical world of the divine, see? for as is seen, all packed away, yet a four-square life, a three-purpose life, as is seen in the Trinity.
4. (Q) I saw my father. He was seated in a sort of Tomb on an open iron grate. He did not seem so well. This place seemed connected with that Sunday School. I left my father to attend to some matters and when I returned to him found he had died and fallen down into a dark pit of the tomb. I called to some of the higher ups in the tomb (was terribly sorry - grieved) and said: "When did he take a turn for the worse?" "He fainted from weakness a little while ago, while you were gone," they called back to me, "and falling on the grates, rolling and fell down here." "Is he dead?" I called. "Not quite," they replied.
   (A) In this, again in the emblematical form is seen that study of the individual and the entity, [900], of those lessons that give the perfect understanding of Him, who would will that the best in every manner come to the entity. In the leaving of same (in seeing this), we find this presenting to the entity that which may occur to the entity by deferring the studies, the way in which would be gained the greater truths, so that by returning to same, after having given time to other things, there would be found the weakness and the falling away, the inability, as it were, of the help to come to the entity in the proper manner. Then, the lesson would be that as apparent to the entity from those things as are presented in this manner to same, see?
5. (Q) Voice: "He is going to buy the wheat market to-day." "All of them?" I asked, meaning corn as well.
   (A) This is the indication as is presented through the correlation of cosmic and spiritual force to the entity, as regarding the changes as would be apparent on market, concerning these commodities, see? These are a buying day, see? and will be for some days. This beginning, this ending, somewhere near the 25th, see? - October.
