This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 16th day of November, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - [900].

TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of Apt. ..., ... St., New York City, and the dreams this body had on the date which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I shall ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, with the enquiring mind of same, with dreams as come to the body from time to time. These, as we see, are the co-relation of physical conditions and the action of same through the cosmic forces of entity, and may be used in the present mind development to guard against conditions and to build to the better conditions in the physical plane. Ready for dreams.
3. (Q) Early morning hours, Saturday, Nov. 14, 1925, at home. "A terrible dream. [137] and I had some dispute - over what I can't recall. [137] called me up on the telephone and said: "Alright [900], don't you think you'd be happier next door to some other firm, or as a member of the Stock Exchange yourself? We will dissolve partnership and separate." I knew I couldn't buy myself a seat and the whole world seemed to crash down about me. I saw my home go - business, everything in the social go - my ambitions in every field crushed. I wondered what I would do? What could I do? It was hard to go into another business at this stage of the game and I lacked big capital to continue in this line. Besides my mother sided with [137] and [140] - the latter was there now. I saw [137] and [140] inside of a circular building. I was outside - alone. Everything was very dark and gloomy and then as I awakened I felt as though I had been put through a torture chamber."
   (A) In this we find that of the forces in the physical mind weighing with the cosmic conscious, and the subconscious forces of the entity, the experiences as have been reached recently through the body physical experience, see? and are given as the entity may, through own physical self, find that stability, that stigma, that oneness of purpose within self, or as would be termed, finding that with which the entity has in mental forces to meet the needs of self, as pertaining to every condition that arises, whether with those directly in association, in touch with self, or with others, and as same is given in the emblematical form, the entity finds whether that which is builded in the inner self sufficient to make that Oneness with the Universal Forces, as against the moral, physical, social, financial, and every earthly condition regarding same. Not as that of the approach of the fuss or disagreement; rather as is seen with individuals in circular building and entity outside - coming AROUND to that Oneness of Purpose with entity themselves, see? for as entity holds self in the position of being at the full Oneness, then the entity finds that upon which it may rest, though all else break about it, for in Him is the truth, and THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE - see? and the entity finds in that faith, that shelter in the storm, whether of mental or social, or financial conditions, and from same entity should then take heart, and know that, that seen is of the purpose of making entity safe, secure, in the faith as is found in Him, for as is seen at the beginning of EVERY great work, whether in mental, physical, spiritual, financial, the greater strain comes just as the entity launches into the greater successes, see? Then keep in that straight and narrow way, for as relating to that of the conditions as have been set regarding the relations with those in which this turmoil is seen, the entity has been given that position which it is to occupy with the conditions as may arise in any form, for as given, to have that condition, the oneness of purpose in every phase, must be held between the entity and those seen, see? Not that entity gives ground or makes concession of faith and of lessons gained in self; rather that by the manifestations of same will the others, eventually, see the truths as set through this entity, see? Then do that?
4. (Q) "Another I cannot remember. Recall and interpret."
   (A) In this, we find there are many of the same conditions presented to entity in the different manner. This as seen: Many men in armor, yet none active in the way as dress indicate they would or should be. Rather seeking to fill the body with the delicacies of fruit out of season. This then, as to the entity, meaning, as lesson is gained in each and every phase of entity's development, same should be put in action, that entity does not appear ridiculous to self or others - see?
   Then, as these come to the entity, the various conditions as have been presented, let the entity be of good cheer. Following in the ways that are set for the entity, for as many as have been called, HE HAS PREDESTINED TO THE GIVEN WORK. Then make those forces applicable in the present plane, that entity may know the fullness of the works of God manifest in the material world, making self One with those laws and forces as are seen manifest in the spiritual, physical, material world.
