This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 18th day of November, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [900].

TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [900], of Apt. ..., ... St., N.Y. City, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lessons to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900]. This we have had before. The dreams as we see come in their various forms and manners, and are of the elements of the individual, mentally, subconsciously, spiritually, with co-relation of each of the various contingencies towards each. Ready for dream.
3. (Q) Monday Night, Nov. 16, while reading Isis Unveiled. Saw a china saucer break - or a piece chip off. Paid no attention and saw the same thing a second time - then remembered.

   (A) In this we see the illustrations in the emblematical form of those lessons as are being gained by the entity from that read, and as the saucer represents the whole of that contained within the mental forces, the entity realizes, through the application of same to the truths that have been gained, and which the entity may apply, the lessons then as abeing gained, and which the entity may apply, the lessons then as being gained lack something. Hence the niche [nick?] seen again, and again seen.

   (A) As we see in the next, that of the darkness or the outer void, the entity gains from this that perception as is coming to the entity from WITHOUT for the magnifying of those forces from WITHIN, being the element of all WITHOUT, see?

   (A) As is seen again in the Voice answers "Quiet," meaning, as it were, the quietude within self, that the fullness of the lessons the entity has been given, that as has been given aforetime, the correlation of the great truths that deal so much with the religious trend of the mind of the phenomena called Man in the physical world, and the entity through the magnification of the God within self may, through application of laws, give same to mankind in a more perfect understandable manner, for the basis of all is seen as the still small voice from within, see?
9. (Q) Tuesday Morning, Nov. 17. Saw Arthur Reynolds, our clerk in the office, at work. He was entering the customers' commission charges in the book, from which book we make out our bill to Block, Maloney. I said to him: "We must get to the commission bills and check them off, but that is right - do not forget to enter the customers.
   (A) This, as we see, going to those mental conditions in the mind of entity that has caused some worry to the body-mind, and as the entity sees same, the application of the lesson in same becomes apparent, when viewed from that position as is seen in broken niche in saucer, the darkness, the quiet, see? That is, when entity (this is practical application now of that seen), when entity begins that entering of the customers' trading, enter same always with that moment of quiet necessary to separate self from other conditions, and there will not be the re-occurrence of those that are overlooked and not entered in their proper sphere, for the entity must rely on the inner strength and not in our own weak selves, for as seen, the direction, the real lesson, comes from that portion of the oneness within the entity, manifesting now through that CALLED [900].
10. (Q) Does this refer to any definite recent happening? What or which?
    (A) As given. This is the lesson as to be gained from same, and as given, will prevent the re-occurrence of conditions as have happened or might again, through purely physical reaction, for all flesh is subject to error, through contamination with man-made objects in a physical world, see? Hence from spiritual viewpoint - sin, for this is error, see?
11. (Q) In what regard or manner may I be more diligent in watching these entries - or customers?
    (A) As given.
12. (Q) How am I lax?
    (A) As given.
13. (Q) Saw [137] and it was dark and gloomy. It was about the stock market in general, I was talking to him, yet one stock seemed to be in mind - presumably Pacific Gas & Electric. I said: "But [137], these are only raids upon the market. The high - even higher prices will shortly return."
    (A) This, as we see, a co-relation of the conditions as have been given regarding the action in price of that commodity, Pacific Gas & Electric, see? or Electric & Gas. This, as we see, the various raids, will continue until the holiday in the coming week. Then following same there will be the gradual rise of this of that of one fifty-six (156), as seen. Then breaking again, see? This occurring, then, about 14th December, see? This will, as we find at present, fluctuate to 2 & 3/4 points, up and down, until after Thanksgiving.
14. (Q) Will this happen, and are the present downward price movements just temporary raids, from which stock prices will recover higher than ever?
    (A) Recover higher than ever. These are raids, as we see, for the general down trend will not set in until near the holidays, see? when there will be quick, sharp actions in MANY, see?
15. (Q) If so, when?
    (A) When, as given.
16. (Q) The stock I was particularly thinking of - Pacific Gas - will it reach a higher than ever level? When?
    (A) About December 13 to 14.
17. (Q) Another I cannot recall. Recall and interpret.
    (A) This, as we see, pertaining to that of a grill, in which there were many people who were rushing to and fro, and the waiters seemed to be unable to attend to each. The entity, or self, called for some special one. Then this changed to the stock market. This represents the general trend that is to occur after the holiday of eating time - Thanksgiving, see?
18. We are through with this reading.
