GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same, and you will answer the questions regarding same that I will ask you.
EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
Now, we find there are specific conditions (or what may be termed acute of the moment) to be warned of and aware of, and these have to do with the digestion and elimination, as has been seen and given aforetime, and as at present, the tendency of the body physically to overtax self mentally and physically. There is the responding reaction to these conditions in the disturbed portions in physical, or those weakened conditions physical.
Now, as has been given, there is the ability within the physical and mental forces of the entity to care for and to sustain the physical condition of the body, in that way and manner that may exemplify even those truths the entity would give others, and in such ways and manners will the entity find that consistency is the seat or the basic from which the entity would reason, for the entity finds self in the material world subjugated to those physical conditions already enacted within the physical body that have left their imprint, and the result is that same law as the entity would manifest or exemplify.
Now, to meet the needs, then, of the physical being in the present condition is to be in that way and manner of one that would be consistent with the laws of the physical body, or natural physical laws. Not that the entity would attempt to overdo the physical and expect the material or the mental to sustain that of the physical law against the railings of the physical attributes - for true, this rises to such heights in many instances, many conditions, and many of the manifested forces through the body are so taught the entity in the experiences of same - yet ever will the entity know that so long as the physical body is in the material plane it is subject to the laws thereof.
The headaches, then - the bad taste, then - the tendency of the intestinal tract to give off poisons in system, the tendency for an irritation of the trouble as has been experienced in the head - is of that nature wherein the abusing of the physical forces in the body has brought this reaction.
Then, mild salines may be taken at the present, and more rest, mentally, physically, and that equalizing either through the manipulation or through exercise as the physical body has had outlined for same. Keep the body PHYSICALLY fit, that the spiritual forces may manifest the greater. Ready for questions.
(Q) What causes the heart palpitation at night after a day and night's work?
(A) Over taxation to the physical being, as has been shown - for, as is seen, it has been said of Him who exemplified the Spirit of the Creative Energy within the earth's plane, He felt that virtue or power had gone out of Him, and retired in the desert or the mountain, apart, to rest, to pray. Rest is as necessary for the physical being as it is for the spiritual forces to manifest in flesh, and rest in that as MAN has termed these - being reborn again into the spiritual forces, and being reincarnated in the life forces, materially, for the manifestations of the truths as have been set.
(Q) What saline would be best for the body, and how much at a time?
(A) Either that as is found in Epsom Salts, Honeyida [incorrect spelling - but the way it sounds] water, or Pluto water. Any of these that are a saline cathartic.
