This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 13th day of April, 1927, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [900].

Present: Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.

TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [900], of ... St., N.Y. City, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from each of these, as I read them to you, and you will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [900]. This we have had before. The dreams are, as given, for the interpretation and use of the body in the various phases as are presented, each giving their lesson and the understanding as to how same may be used by the entity. Ready for dreams.
3. (Q) Monday Night, April 11, 1927, while reading Bible. Voice: "Chrysler certainly looks like a wonderful purchase. Same cheap stock bought at 45 in the morning."
   (A) Again we find the correlation of those conditions of the subconscious, body conscious, and the conditions correlated in the subconscious forces of the entity, and presenting from within those conditions that are as the realities, and the entity may use same in such a way and manner, see?
4. (Q) Does this mean that Chrysler is a wonderful purchase at 45?
   (A) A purchase at 45 - for, still we find those advances that will carry this to at least the 52 to 58, see? While there will be some retarding, some breaking down, on account of the outside interests taking hold, yet we find these will gradually advance, until those as we see when the break would appear in May.
5. (Q) What is meant by cheap stock at 45?
   (A) The same as given.
6. (Q) Any change in that given - that it will reach the price of 80 or higher before the market breaks badly - in May?
   (A) Will reach the price of 52 to 58, as we find at present, before that bad break, see? May be even higher, depending upon the conditions and changes as come about, see?
7. (Q) Morning of April 12, 1927. Voice: "Chrysler 52 - 41 - 43 - 45 - 52."
   (A) Again those correlations of numbers, and, as given, we will find the 7 point advance from that of the 45, see? Hence that as given as the good or wonderful buy, even at 45, when the sliding off as shown that these would go back again to 43, yet these all will advance to the 7 point, as has been seen by the entity, and will reach those points, see?
8. (Q) Saw number 7 and was of impression this had to do with Chrysler at 52.
   (A) Just as given, the 7 points. Then be satisfied with same, and watch the changes as will develop from then - for, as has been given to the entity from time to time, there has been and will be given the understanding of how that the entity is to apply the information that is presented to same as regarding the various conditions, and the actions in same will bring the better understanding, and bring to the entity those things that are necessary for the carrying out of those conditions the entity presents for self, see? for, as the entity finds and applies self in the various usages of self, as has been seen, when it becomes necessary to use more and more of the world's goods as regarding same - were they used in that direction - these will be given, see? just as the understanding of those conditions as are to bring the peace, the joy, the happiness, into the mind and the understanding of the entity these present themselves, in the way and manner as given to the entity, the way in which these may be used aright. Apply self, would the entity bring those things that would be worth while, rather than the detrimental things in the life that would come from selfish motives, purposes, or applications.
9. (Q) What should it mean to me in application for buying and selling stock of Chrysler?
   (A) As given.
10. (Q) In application of number 7 representing the activity of the minds in action to bring about these numerical fluctuations? Are they going to say to me: "Sell your Chrysler stock, its all over," and say this in terms of numbers or price quotations of Chrysler that may make my mind so conclude? Or does it mean something else about those minds making Chrysler stock prices?
    (A) Just as has been given and as outlined for the entity, the entity gains in self those conditions that are presented, and as to what each one means, and, as the changes are presented from time to time, as is seen both in numbers or as is seen in the figures as are given - for these show that both are being considered, that the entity may have the more perfect understanding, and the more perfect application of same to self's interest for others.
11. (Q) Voice: "Kuhn Loeb are likely to sell out their interest in Pennsylvania R.R."
    (A) This again, as is seen, presents to the entity those conditions that are gathered from the Universal Forces in action, and the entity may apply same by watching these conditions, keeping these to self, until these may be used in the way and manner as may be applied in using same for the use of self's interest in application, see?
12. (Q) Saw Lauer and it seemed he planned to specialize in Famous Players stock. I didn't seem to like it.
    (A) Let it alone then - or, as these are presented, and as the various conditions, these come as the impressions to self, and the entity gains the insight into what is being enacted then in the minds of others. Do not use those to abuse, but to help and assist.
13. (Q) The flash with which dreams or subconscious interviews have been terminated recently.
    (A) Again those conditions as have been presented to the entity, and the entity may know - as these are seen - the closeness of those forces, will the entity but keep self in that way and manner - for, as the entity may know with these conditions, the NEARNESS of that universal force as expressed in Him, and when these do not - then fear for self, see?
14. (Q) Morning of April 11th or 10th, 1927. Saw [136] in bed and stock ticker. Voice: "It won't have any effect. The shot is heard after the gun is fired, or flash is seen after the action has taken place."
    (A) These, as we see, are as first impressions to the entity of many various conditions as are to be presented to the entity as regarding various conditions, and are as warnings, as it were, to the entity to be on the lookout for such conditions, rather than as an application in the present - for, as seen, these represent many different phases of conditions the entity is studying, see? and, as it were, the flash or the presentation of those things to the entity which will bring the better understanding. Then, when these are presented, KNOW that these are for application in self as directed towards the stock, the wife, the moral condition, the physical condition, the economic condition, the world affairs.
