1. GC: You will have before you the bodies and the enquiring minds of [900] and [137], of ..., N.Y. City, and their association with the Federal Reserve Securities Corporation, 15 Park Row, N.Y. City. You will answer the questions which I ask you regarding this.
2. EC: These are some of the same conditions as has been given, approached from a different angle; and, as has been given, well that this association be made, provided that on of these is the balance, or the pivot, as it were, of the Board of Control, or Manager; for the success of this association, corporation or institution, as given, has been assured. With the directing influence of [900], the association of that one who would give counsel, advice, direction, as respecting the operation - of one near to Chairman of Board; for remember this one acted in the capacity as chairman of board in a way that has been unexcelled by any force or power as has been exhibited in the financial forces of institutions within this government!
3. These associations, then, would be well - were one in control or a manager of the board that directs the policies of such institution.
4. (Q) Should they buy stock in this corporation and become members of the Board?
   (A) And become members of the Board.
5. (Q) How may they maintain their association with this Federal Reserve Securities Corporation?
   (A) By being members of the Board, and through these channels much prestige, many of the conditions as are to be brought about in the changes - financially, mentally, physically - will be brought about through these channels. These, as we see, are BUILDED about - that is, these two entities, these two bodies, are, as it were, the key to the corporation or institution; yet not the greater stockholders or the greater ability to PROCURE stock, yet about these will be the turn of the affairs of the institution.
6. (Q) Would buying directorship in Federal have influence with position on Exchange?
   (A) Not to the detriment of same, no. Have its influence, sure - for those positions and those associations bring about other conditions that are as an asset to the individuals in position in finance and in the various affairs as accrue from such an association.
7. (Q) Any other advice or counsel for either of these entities?
   (A) Much counsel and advice will be given. While much has come to [900] as warnings, yet much has come as respecting the manner and the way in which these associations should be conducted. Guide self aright. Keep first the physical fit. The mental well grounded - the physical well balanced. Know that that is desired and push self in the physical, the mental and in the spiritual manner, so that self will be in attune to those forces from which all elements of the spirit of the force radiate.
