TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Conditions are not so good physically with this body. There are over strains in the physical system. In the attempts at concentration at times, the body - instead of building UP has drawn the blood AWAY from the head, and this brings distresses to the lungs. Also the anemia that is apparent.
2. Then, we would change much from many of the things that have been given. While it will be necessary to take care of those conditions as regarding the soft tissue of the face, neck, head and nasal, antrum, and such - but unless there is more blood given in system this in itself may prove detrimental.
3. We would add the vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance carrying the iodine.
4. Keep in the open air as much as possible.
5. Let the diet consist of MUCH of the blood buildings; as calves' liver, hog tripe, beef trip (this fresh), of codliver oil - and as much OLIVE oil as the body can assimilate.
6. We would also take iron, wine, and quinine. This would be taken only of an evening, before the meal - and EAT all the body can WELL assimilate, but DO NOT take to over-LOADING the stomach.
7. This would be an outline for the treaments:
8. Of evening, while the body rests - this is not at night, but of EVENING - as the body rests - we will say from five to six o'clock - use the Radio-Active Appliance carrying the iodine.
9. In taking the wine, quinine and iron, (Wyeth's) we would take this before the evening meal.
10. The olive oil, about half a teaspoonful, should be taken at least EVERY TWO HOURS while the body is awake, see?
11. The codliver oil, tablespoonful taken early of mornings - see?
12. Take the exercises, the rub-down's and the lights occasionally.
13. Be mindful that the antrums are kept clear. Let's build UP the system. Do that. Ready for questions. We are through with this reading.
