(Physical Suggestion)

EC: Yes, we have the body here, [901].
Now, as we find, conditions are very serious and there is a great deal of pain and exhaustion in same. Yet, as we find, there may be added those things that will bring ease and relief and assistance, for a time at least, for this body.
These are the conditions, then, as we find them with this body, [901] we are speaking of:
First, we find that the BLOOD SUPPLY carries an exhaustion in the very vital forces. For the humor that has been produced or brought on by superacidity has made for that in the tissue itself, through those portions where there has been the breaking of the cellular forces without the aid or the ability for the coagulation to prevent these from making inroads into the system. But this, as we find, may gradually be reduced and there brought about something, at least, of relief and of a drying effect to same.
In the NERVE FORCES of the system do we find the effects or the activities of this fire, as it were at times, in the system; that makes for a great deal of suffering in many various manners. This necessarily will be allayed with the reducing of the acidity and also the tendencies for the breaking of cellular force that makes for such activity in the system.
As to the ORGANS of the system, we find these suffer under the stress and strain of being deficient in the necessary functionings for the carrying on of their proper activity; as is seen through the digestive forces especially and in those activities through the organs of the digestive forces, as well as those portions where there have been the accumulations that make for this exhuding of the broken tissues. These may be aided and, as we find, assisted towards making for greater ease in the system.
Then, in making for that which would assist the body:
First, we would begin with the smaller doses (one-eighth grain) of the Animated Ash. This would be taken dry on the tongue (emptied out of the capsule) and washed down with a small quantity of water. Give one-eighth grain every other day.
And ten minutes after the Ash is taken, we would apply the ultra-violet ray, especially over the cerebrospinal opposite the lungs - for one-half a minute, at least thirty to thirty-eight inches from the body; then over the general torso or the 9th dorsal area and the lumbar area, so that the circulatory forces - that are aided by the releasing of the oxygen for the system through the Ash itself - may have the effect of the deeper therapy, so that those portions of the body in the anatomical forces in the pelvis and in the torso itself may be relieved.
In the matter of the diet, we must be most careful that there are those things that are the more SOOTHING to the system.
We would take internally, very often, very small quantities of Olive Oil. This would be not more than three to four drops, often; that is, an hour to two hours apart, dependent upon the abilities of the body to assimilate same. For this must act with the gastric flow from not only the digestive forces but even with the salivary glands, so that all the glands secrete. And this will aid in same, if taken in VERY small quantities. If this turns upon the system, so that there is belching, then the quantity would be reduced even more - just enough to dampen the tongue with same.
After each dosage of Olive Oil, also give the Yellow Saffron tea. This would be made in the proportion of half a teaspoonful of the leaves to one pint of water, and this allowed to steep for thirty to forty minutes and then set off to cool. Give a sip or a teaspoonful following the Olive Oil, so that the body assimilates these and reduces this fire in the blood and in the assimilated forces in the system. All of these will be toward the reduction of these conditions.
At least ONCE a week, not oftener, prepare one capsule (and only one should be prepared at the time the dose is to be taken) containing the following - and this should only be done under the supervision of a physician:
This combined will relieve the intense pains at times, if it is taken in this compound or manner. This would be taken internally, only under the direction of a physician.
There should be for the diet only those foods that are easily assimilated; as junket, arrowroot, a very small quantity of champagne sipped at times; not quantities, but just to satisfy the appetite. Beef juice will also give strength for the blood supply. This would be given in very small quantities; these will work better with the conditions - every two or three hours, dependent upon the strength of the body, but never more than half a teaspoonful at a time.
Do that.
Every other day give one-eighth grain of the Ash, loose on the tongue and washed down with water. Five to ten minutes afterward use the ultra-violet; not the Sun Lamp, but the Mercury Quartz Light - half a minute over the lung area, half a minute over the solar plexus AND lumbar area - a minute in all, at least thirty-eight inches from the body, see? Once a week give the capsule under the direction of a physician. Follow the Oil and the Saffron for the allaying of the flow through the digestive forces.

(Q) What should be done for the constipation?
(A) These things as they act with the system will tend to overcome this. But where there is so little activity, it is better that the enemas be used for same. Always use an antiseptic at the time. Glyco-Thymoline is the better.
Do this. As we would find, we should bring the better conditions, a great deal of ease and a gradual building up.
