This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earnest W. Zentgraf, 400 St. Paul's Ave., Stapleton, Staten Island, New York, this 31st day of January, 1934, in accordance with request made by her husband, Mr. [257], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Hugh Lynn Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Helene and Margret Zentgraf.

Time and Place: 12:55 to 1:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C.
(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

  1. EC: Yes, the conditions in throat and teeth, while in the present are very much aggravated and acute, will respond to a massage without of properties combined thusly:
  2. To a heaping tablespoonful of melted Mutton Tallow, add:

      Spirits of Camphor.................1 tablespoonful,
      Spirits of Turpentine..............1 tablespoonful,
      Coal Oil (kerosene)................1 tablespoonful.

  3. When somewhat cool, massage only what will be absorbed in the throat and around neck and tonsil area.
  4. Dissolve 10 grains of Calcidin in 4 ounces of distilled water. Keep hot or warm, by sitting on the radiator or such, and every 15 to 20 minutes sip a little of this solution. And we will find that these conditions, these spots, will disappear, the Calcidin acting with the respiratory system in making for a reduction of those poisons in the system that tend to make for strept in the blood supply.
  5. MASSAGE gums and teeth with that solution known as Ipsab, for the thickening of the gums and for the aiding of the general condition.
  6. Take internally White's Cod Liver Oil tablets, and occasionally the thyroid solution or tablets for the general strength.
  7. Keep the diet well balanced, and more alkalin than acid; FRUITS during those periods when the throat and the gums are disturbed, and a general well balanced diet afterward.
  8. Do these, and we will build up the vitality and the resistances.
  9. We are through.
