TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. As we find, conditions are very good in many ways and manners.
3. We find that there is only needed, then, that there be kept those precautions for the system, as to the general health of the body.
4. And we would find that occasionally - whether once a month or once in two weeks or once a week - the general osteopathic manipulations will be helpful.
5. But for the improvements to the limb, and to make for better reactions through same, we would about three times each week have a thorough massage over the limb - this from the hip, around the hip, with a circular motion of the limb itself; extending entirely to the foot and through the foot area. This may be applied by self or by a hydrotherapist or masseur. For such a massage we would use a combination of oils prepared in this manner:
6. To 6 ounces of Russian White Oil as the carrier, add - in the order named:

   Oil of Pine.................1 ounce,
Pure Olive Oil..............2 ounces,
Oil of Wintergreen..........1 ounce.

Shake these together and massage the combination thoroughly into the system as indicated; sponging off, of course, after the system has absorbed what may be absorbed, with a little soda water and then rub alcohol.
7. Ready for questions.
8. We are through with this Reading.
