Dear Hugh Lynn -
I have been trying to reach you since my last reading, but I
suppose they never gave you my messages. I called the other
day, tho, and they told me that you'd gone back to the Beach.
So here -
I read the reading thru several times and got the general
gist of it, but I'm sorry I won't be able to talk to you
about it. If you feel like writing me anything, tho, you
know I will appreciate it.
Your father wrote me and said that there was still a job to
be done on it - he thinking that I would get in touch with
you while you were here. Naturally I am interested in
carrying it out to the end, but where do we go from here?
Do we have another reading for those questions, or what?
Your father also said that my reading proved interesting to
your mother and Gladys, because, I take it, of what it said
about the period. I couldn't quite understand it all - I
guess I was interested in what we would call today physical
culture, but what is that business about the women and the
propagation of a "better" species, or whatever it was. I
hope I'm not the father of Egypt!
Another thing, about the radio-active cell. You said that
there was a new batch being manufactured, but if there was
one left you'd grab it for me. We would like to get hold of
one, again.
We are all pretty well, except me - my back is a little bad,
again, but Dr. Miller is handling it. Hope that you are all
going to enjoy ye summer season and that I'll hear from you
soon -

New York
Dear Mr. Cayce -
I have written two letters to Hugh Lynn about a reading for
me because I know that he is interested in them as a whole
and several interesting points in my own. But I haven't
heard from him. I hope that he is well, and can guess that
he is away some place.
I just learned yesterday that I must leave for California on
Monday to go to work in a studio and I'd like a life reading
on that. It is especially interesting to me because of the
music which can't be continued the way it has been these last
months, and I am anxious to hear what the reading has to say.
As to going, I have little choice. It is a great opportunity
which I can't afford to turn down. A funny thing, tho, about
three months ago I was talking to Hugh Lynn wondering about
what would happen if I did get an offer to go to Hollywood
and we framed a question. Now it happens. Consequently I am
anxious to hear from the reading, and have framed a few
questions as follows.
1. In the light of recent developments, can you give any
advice as to the further development in the spiritual as well
as the material world for this entity?
2. Will the new associations make for better development in
the spiritual and material or will they impede it?
3. Is the program as prepared for the study of the piano
satisfactory, or can you give any suggestions?
I don't know where I'll be located, but you can always get in
touch with me here until I let you know where I'll be.
I heard about the convention from Dr. Miller and hope that I
can make one of them sooner or later. You know we had quite
a wedding here about the same time. [Sister [

Hope you and Mrs. Cayce and Gladys are all having a fine
summer and am anxiously waiting to hear from you.
As ever [
