(Q) How may pressure on bladder be alleviated?
(A) Haven't we just been trying to tell you how that the
gentle massage is to relieve these tensions? Because of
conditions that will be left by the activities of the
kidneys, these should be purified by very small doses of
watermelon seed tea after the birth. Grind, crack or crush a
teaspoonful of watermelon seed and pour a pint of boiling
water over same, - only using an enamel or crock container,
covered. Let this stand for twenty minutes, strain, and then
put in the refrigerator. Take this amount during two days.
Then don't take any more for at least three to four days
afterwards. Then repeat this.
(Q) What changes in diet should I make?
(A) It is very good in the present. Just don't eat any
fats, or sweets.
(Q) How can I take a sufficient amount of calcium and still
keep it in solution? (Milk comes up when I drink it.)
(A) Calcios is the better manner to take calcium. It is
more easily assimilated, and will act better with pregnancy
than any type of calcium products as yet presented. About
three times each week, at the noon meal, eat a whole wheat
cracker spread thinly with the Calcios. Keep this up until
about the tenth of December.
(Q) Where, and by whom should the baby be delivered?
(A) Better that it be by a specialist from the osteopathic
profession.
(Q) Are there any complications?
(A) Not in the present. If the proper precautions are
taken, there should not be. Only the warnings respecting the
kidneys and the care of the body just after the birth.
Do these and keep the proper attitude; and we will find that
conditions will be more satisfactory.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
11/12/43 "My goodness, I am just recovering from the
surprise, I guess. Seems funny that I am 8 mo. now, I'm so
little and have only gained 13 lbs. so far; however, 6 more
weeks will make a difference. Seems sort of impossible, yet
my Papa Cayce said so, so I am going home the end of the
month and prepare accordingly. Bet you a cookie 'J. R.'
arrives in time for Christmas. I don't see how he can, but
my faith in readings makes me think he will anyway."
11/18/43 Mother's ltr.: "The baby seems very active and
strong and we think you are correct in the Dec. 16th date.
But we surely would have been caught in ... as we hear the
... Div. move to Arizona, to the desert, in Jan., and she
would have been left here. So it surely helped us from
making wrong plans. The Calcios just arrived on the morning
mail, a nice letter with it."
12/24/43 Mother's wire [Night Letter]: "[
951]'s baby girl
arrived Friday forenoon 10:30. [
951] and baby doing fine.
Weight 4 lbs. 3 ounces. Love."
12/27/43 They obtained Physical Rdg. for baby - See
3473-1.
1/08/44 Mother's ltr.: "[
951] had one of her headaches this
week believe she eats something heavy - too large a piece of
meat, which sometimes causes it. Maybe the acid from the
meat. Must be something she does... She is sitting up and
getting about the house now. We have the second batch of
watermelon seed tea made and she is taking it, took it to
the hospital to her and she managed to take it."
Subsequent letters from [
951] see under [
3473] Reports, etc.
2/16/45 Mother's ltr. to GD: "We still feel so very lost
without Mr. Cayce. Surely feel sorry for Mrs. Cayce. We
would enjoy your personal letters from your Diary, etc., and
you may use our names or references, if you ever care to."
2/16/46 Mrs. [
623] invited HLC to stay with them in ..., Ohio
while he was on a lecture tour in that area.
5/17/49 Mother's letter: "Have wondered about leaving and
coming to Va. Beach, but I would not leave [
951] and [
3473]
while she is small, and [
951]'s awful headaches, but they are
some better."
6/11/55 "I am ashamed of myself for not writing long ago,
intended to many times; thought of you all often, for
instance when [
951] had her 36th birthday (she is 41 now),
which doubled her life from her first Cayce rdg. at age 18
when she was so sick and we were so worried."
5/01/57 Letter under
951-4, Life Rdg. Reports in re wearing
the pearl: "Whatever it was, I guess it did it, for I have
had fair health all these years."
2/28/67 Mrs. [
951] told GD that she had moved to Calif.
6 yrs. ago because the climate helped her asthma and
emphysema.
