This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 29th day of July, 1936, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [1005], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1005]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions are better in many ways from that as we have had here before - or in the last. Yet there are those specific disturbances that need attention, as well as care and precautions regarding those disturbances through the alimentary canal. And especially make for precautions as the poisons or accumulations from the specific disturbances are distributed through the system in part of the manner for their eliminations.
3. In the eliminations, then use - as we find - a stimuli to the activity of the liver through a vegetable compound - or the ragweed or ambrosia weed, or Simmons Liver Regulator, that there be the excess as it were - or precautionary measures.
4. For those disturbances as we find through the soft tissue of the face, that is of the more acute, we would use a spray. Put five grains of Acetanilide in ten ounces of Distilled Water. Dissolve it thoroughly, shake it up, then keep this as a solution to use with a spray in the nostril, going deep into same. This we would do night and morning.
5. We would also have a couple of osteopathic adjustments for the setting up of eliminations through the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical area, with SPECIFIC adjustments in the 3rd snd 4th cervical and the manipulation extending across the forehead back of the ear and to the vagus center at the upper portion of the clavicle.
6. Do these and we will find, if there are the precautions taken, these disturbances may be eliminated.

8. (Q) The liquid or dry Simmons Liver Regulator?
   (A) Either one.
9. (Q) What should be the dosage and how often?
   (A) Depends upon which one is to be taken. If it's taken dry, take about a quarter teaspoonful. If taken in liquid, take a whole teaspoonful - in the afternoon and in the evening - a couple of doses.
10. (Q) Will the osteopathic treatments help the drainage?
    (A) What do you think they are given for! These are to set up the drainages to relieve or carry the circulation to those portions of the face.
    The spray is to remove local infection.
11. (Q) Any other advice at this time?
    (A) Be consistent but be persistent, and we will make for a better reaction. Do not make for too great a stimulation to the gastric flow with any of other properties that stimulate during these periods, for these only make for congestions.
