This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 26th day of June, 1939, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [1010], Associate Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. As we find, there are those inclinations for the body to overtax itself, and to forget the disturbances which have existed in the gall duct and the eliminating areas.
4. If there would be the applications just occasionally of the Castor Oil Packs, followed with a large dose of Olive Oil, and then the use of the low electrical forces as we have indicated for a few days, we should find quite a bit of help and aid, reviving and resuscitating the body.
5. Also we find that the relaxations especially through the areas from the 9th dorsal downward would be helpful; gently but specifically, and especially in the lumbar axis and the sacral area.
6. Do that, and we will bring better influences and forces for this body, [1010].
7. We are through with this Reading.
