TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1010] this we have had before.
3. While conditions are improved from those that we have had before, there is still much to be desired - and there are many precautions that should be taken, if there will be the abilities to carry on as there are the better abilities of the body to do.
4. There have been improvements and some relaxations from those conditions about the gall duct and the liver congestion, yet there has been so much of the impactions through portions of the colon as to cause a very irregular and a tendency toward a very high blood pressure. This, to be sure, causes weakness, dizziness, instability, nervousness, and those tendencies for anxiety to the EXPECTANCIES of the mental body.
5. We do not find any malignant condition in the liver area, but those tendencies for such an impaction through the gall duct area and such an accumulation in the folds of the colon as to cause great anxiety.
6. At least three days each week, for some weeks - until there is the ability to cleanse the colon, and to relieve these stresses in the blood pressure, - we would keep up the Castor Oil Packs. Saturate three to four thicknesses of flannel and keep applying the electric pad on same.
7. Following each three day period, rather than taking so much of the Olive Oil, have colonics as much as practical.
8. DO use a heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda to each quart of water when the colonic is taken; but use several gallons of water each time - and have it body temperature. In the last rinse water use a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to each quart of water, body temperature - using at least half to a gallon of THIS solution - but these are the proportions.
9. Do not tire the body out, but with these solutions, body temperature, we may make for the better conditions.
10. In the diet, - not too rich foods. Little or no fats. Use whole cereals, citrus fruit, fish. A little sugar or honey may be taken with the cereals, or with cakes at times. These should preferably be rice cakes or corn cakes.
11. Do these for the better conditions of this body.
12. Ready for questions.
13. We are through for the present.

REPORTS

1. 6/09/42 "I will be in Va. Beach on 18th of June if nothing happens to prevent. I am WELL. Am so anxious to see you and family. I feel it is a God-given blessing to be able to attend the Congress. Am so thrilled."
2. 6/21/42 She was present for a Ck. Life Rdg. on her Palestine incarnation - See 1010-17.
3. 10/22/42 "I have just about conquered the plethora condition of intestines through your suggestions, but Angina is bothering me a lot. Had 7 attacks in 1 day. Is it too late for me to have a ck. rdg. I don't know what to do for myself, and all the Drs. do for me is give sedatives, and they do not cure, only make heart worse. I really have peace and harmony in my home life - no worries, only no help. Negroes are on a strike. Been doing my work for 3 mos., with the other, rubbing and manipulation. It is too much for me I guess, but it is so hard for me to turn them down when they need my service so badly."
4. 10/28/42 See 1010-18.
