(Q) Is there something that could be used instead?
(A) We have just given what should be best. Nature's
reactions are the best. For, Nembutal is one that causes a
better flow of circulation from abdomen to the upper portions
of the body, and makes for what might be called a palpitation
of the diaphragm itself - which aids in preventing too great
a strain on the heart itself.
(Q) Which is best for angina pains, heat or ice?
(A) For this body the heat - but not too hot.
(Q) Am I on right diet?
(A) Diet is very good. The body is a very good dietician.
But necessarily those things easily assimilated are the best.
(Q) How many hours a day must I rest?
(A) At least four hours each day; that is, from the normal
activities.
(Q) Any other suggestions?
(A) Keep that creative attitude towards helpfulness to
others. These are the better, and these will keep the
balance in the body forces.
We are through for the present.
