(Q) Please advise as to diet, pastries and other sweets,
alcoholic and other drinks, tobacco?
(A) Just as has been indicated. Keep away from these, save
honey, which would be taken - of course - in moderation.
DO NOT use ANY of starches and citrus fruits at the same
meal.
Do not eat quantities of the breads with MEATS; just
sufficient to keep a balance.
Do not eat pastries, pies, puddings, or sweets - candies,
or the like; except in VERY, VERY moderation!
The system calls for same. WHY?
The building in the system for those very things that have
made, do make for satisfying an appetite. Replace these
rather by the sugars and the necessary elements from
vegetables, fruits and nuts.
