1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. Now, as we find, conditions show considerable improvements in some directions. In others we find there are those weaknesses, the lack of the building up of the circulation in such a manner as to make for this proper ATTUNEMENT through the building up of the energies of the body.
2. And as we find then in the present, THESE we would use in these ways and manners, which will be more for body-building and yet keeping same in a normal manner:
3. The diets are to be observed rather strictly, as well as those applications as we find that would be the more helpful in the present.
4. This, then, would be an outline of the diet - and the manners in which same would be used for the building of the proper salts in the body, the proper activity to the functioning organs, to the assimilations and the eliminations in the bodily forces:
5. About three mornings each week there should be whole wheat, rolled or crushed or cut. This cooked well done, with a little sugar - very little, and milk - but preferably the DRIED milk, rather than raw milk.
6. Between the morning meal and the noon meal, we would have MALTED milk, preferably with ice cream; this about nine to nine-thirty.
7. At the noon meal we would have principally, though not always, a raw vegetable salad. This may include many kinds of vegetables, but those that are green and fresh - that agree; leaving off those that do not agree. This may be taken with Cocoa or with other CEREAL drinks.
8. In the afternoon between three and four we would have a malted milk with spirits frumenti, a teaspoonful to a glass of same, see?
9. Just before the evening meal each day take a teaspoonful of Wythe's Beef, Iron and Wine.
10. For the evening meals we would have first soups, preferably quantities of vegetables. These may be altered at times to carry portions of meats or the combinations of vegetables; though at times these may be altered to fruits. Then we would have a meal of the vegetables that are of the leafy variety.
11. Every other evening we would have a thorough massage along the spine, from the center of the spine towards the lower end and extending down to the limbs, to the feet, with equal portions of Olive Oil, Tincture of Myrrh and Tincture of Benzoin. Not the Compound Tincture of Benzoin, but just the Tincture. Heat the Olive Oil to add the Myrrh; don't heat it to boiling but just so it mixes, you see - and then as it cools add the Benzoin. Shake this well before a small quantity is poured out to massage into the spine, from the middle of the spine towards the feet or over the feet and the bursae of the feet, the soles of the feet, the ankles, and then up towards the head, up the lower portion of the neck and shoulders, through the shoulders.
12. We would also take at least once each day the vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance; the attachments to be made to the opposite extremities of the body.
13. Do this, and be consistent, following these rather closely, and we should find the assimilations, the strength, the vitality building up.

15. (Q) How can I keep my red blood cells from breaking down?
    (A) Build them up!
16. (Q) At the present I tire very easily. Is this due to the fact that I have very little strength?
    (A) Build up in the way and manner as indicated, and we will overcome this.
17. (Q) Should the Atomidine be left off?
    (A) Atomidine would be left off for the present. Let it be three or four weeks before it would be taken again, and then very small quantity.
18. (Q) Do you find that my blood pressure is below normal?
    (A) Below normal.
19. (Q) How can it be remedied?
    (A) By doing the things we have given!
20. (Q) Any other advice at this time?
    (A) Do these at the present, keeping that same attitude of a helpfulness and hopefulness for a purposefulness.
