TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. The conditions in the present are rather of the acute nature, affecting not only a disturbed or upset circulation and thus producing temperature, but making for an exaggerated activity through the lymph in the circulation to the head, throat and chest.
3. These, as we find, should respond to those applications which should be made immediately of hot mustard foot bath with rubbing of the throat and chest with Baume-Gay. And make a hot lemonade, adding a teaspoonful and a half of spirits frumenti to the glassful of lemonade - hot.
4. And these, with the body resting and taking only a fruit or fruit juice diet for twenty-four hours, should remove the distresses.
5. Do that.
6. Keep the general information that has been suggested, in order that those portions of the body that have made for disorders under the distresses that have been indicated may adjust themselves to the better conditions.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) How often should she take the glass of hot lemonade?
   (A) Enough to keep the body quiet.
A little Aspirin, Asaphoetida and Spirits Frumenti will make the body rest. Ten to fifteen grains of Aspirin, five grains of Asaphoetida, and a gill or two gills of Spirits Frumenti - HOT.
9. (Q) The lotion for the chest - ?
   (A) Baume-Gay, as indicated, massaged over the throat and portions of the chest.
The hot foot bath should be immediately, and the body rest.
