(Q) Should the Atomidine be resumed and how taken?
(A) As long as in the salt air and sea foods are taken, do
not take the Atomidine. However, it may be used as a spray
if there is the tendency for congestion or cold in throat or
head. Use in the proportions of about ten parts water to one
part of the commercial strength Atomidine, but use distilled
water, not tap water; that is, ten drops of water to one drop
of Atomidine, in the spray, in the environs in the present -
this is not general, to be sure.
(Q) Any further suggestions that would be of help?
(A) Keep the mental attitudes proper. Work at the play as
well as play at the work of getting well. Do not overdo it.
Take, though, sufficient exercises of walking and riding and
the like for the proper amount of activity. These will be
helpful in the existent and surrounding conditions.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
2/16/37 "The rdg. came yesterday and I want to thank you very
much.
"I was quite amused when the information said, 'A very nice
place,' because it is just that and the people here are
lovely... Clearwater is very small but quite pretty and this
hotel is unusually nice. Lounge rooms and sun porches
galore, also a beautiful roof on which I can take sun baths
after I get stronger. Am trying to take it slowly, as I know
too much sun is very bad, especially when one still runs a
bit of temperature. Know that will be leaving me shortly...
Am trying very hard to 'work at the play and play at the work
of getting well.' Thank you so much."
3/09/37 "Have met a very nice doctor here from Nashville and
believe he is interested in the rdgs. and the great work that
is being done. His name is Dr. A. L. Sharber and he is a
retired surgeon (on account of heart trouble), and a true
Southern gentleman. He knows the name of Cayce but had not
heard of you... I haven't had any excess temperature for
some time. Expect to leave tomorrow night."
