As we find, conditions are in the present acute. There
arising from the toxic forces that have been indicated in
the system the effects from cold, phlegm, congestion and
the slowing of the internal circulation, these have produced
that formation through the colon particularly of mucus that
produces pain or griping; and inactivity and at other times
overactivity through the alimentary canal, upsetting the
digestion, making for a quick pulsation, tendency towards
a little temperature; general achey feeling, cold and hot
flushes, and the like.
Added to the general manipulative forces for the relaxing of
the body, we find it would be well at this time to have high
colonics - about once and then the next day not quite so
much, then about three days later not so much. But have the
water just the temperature of the body; not hot, not cold,
with soda and salt. To each quart of water put a level
teaspoonful of soda and a heaping teaspoonful of salt.
This as we find will remove a great deal of the mucus and
relieve these pressures through the area. In the last or
rinse water it would be well that Glyco-Thymoline be used; a
tablespoonful to half a gallon of water. This should be
preferably a colonic or a Fountain, so that there is not
too great a pressure.
Take Vinol as it is put up, but take only a teaspoonful
twice a day. And once each day, preferably the evening dose,
take six drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin in same. This
will act upon the kidneys, the liver, and upon the general
circulation, cleansing the blood supply, and with the
general manipulation as should accompany same should bring
about better strength.
Be mindful that in the diet fat meats are not taken. Fowl,
fish or lamb, and the greater foods should be vegetables.
