8/26/36 EC's ltr. to Mr. [
1113]:
Mr. [
1113]
..., New York
Dr. Mr. [
1113]
The information gotten in your check reading has been sent.
I can only hope it will prove as beneficial to you as so many
hundreds of others testify such information has been to them.
There is no use or sense in an argument about a work of
this nature. One either is or is not convinced by one's
experiences. I myself have never blamed anyone for being
skeptical. And if I were to take individual experiences
such as you refer to when I consider the death of my own
child and my own mother, I might say that it had failed.
But when I consider, too, what was said to me in the last
moments during my mother's passing I would have to be
personally convinced there is something more than mere
fancy. Such experiences I cannot pass on to anyone, and
I do not tell them to try to convince anyone of anything.
I can only hope that all persons will be just as honest
with the information through the readings as they wish the
information to be with them. That's all anyone can hope for
and it's all anyone can ask anyone else to be. But I'm sure
we can ask that and look for it in just the same honesty that
is within our own selves.
I wish I had the opportunity to talk with you but I hope your
experiences will be worth while, whatever your decision may
be regarding this type of information.
With all good wishes, I am
Sincerely,
ASS'N FOR RESEARCH & ENLIGHTENMENT, INC. [EC:GD]
