TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; [1129].
3. Changes have come about in the general physical forces of the body since we had this here. Very few of these are for improvement.
4. As we find, the energies and activities of the body are overtaxing the abilities of the body to meet resistance, as well as dominating the central nervous system and the sympathetic nervous system. Thus we have those periods when there is apparently a great exhaustion to the body. Whether arising from the conditions of long standing or from the inability to keep the balance, depends upon what is the source or use the entity reacts to in suggestions as well as the associations in the periods past.
5. In making for that which as we find may be the most beneficial.
6. We would build up the resistance of this body by adding regularly Kaldak, this in the form of a stimuli not only for the general nervous systems to build up resistance but for the energies wherein there may be the control of the environs about the body.
7. If we would follow through with these, we may very shortly find an improvement and changes in the status of the conditions of this body.
8. Do that indicated. We will bring better conditions to this body. Take a heaping teaspoon full of KalDak dissolved in a small quantity of hot water, then fill the tumbler with milk; combination of raw milk for building resistance and energies for the body, else we will find there will arise those congestions in the activities of the body to continue to reduce the energies.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What causes bad headaches at various times?
    (A) These as we find occur from the slow digesting of foods in the body.
11. (Q) What diet is best?
    (A) A well balanced diet, but do keep in the open and do administer those suggestions indicated. Do that.
12. (Q) Why am I so nervous?
    (A) The lack of blood supply to replenish through the activity of generative system, as to bring questionings in the mind of the entity.
13. We are through with this reading.
