(Q) Any special exercise?
(A) As indicated; as much as may be possible in the open -
these are very good.
Well that the body rather balance or budget its own mental
and physical activities; or its time for recreation, for
receiving, for its own entertainment, for its own mental
and physical improvements and for its activities in the
caring for the disturbing forces that occur at this period.
But do not ever let any of these activities become ROTE!
Keep the surroundings as pleasant as possible; not always
giving in but not always causing anxiety to the body either.
Do this.
We are through for the present.
