TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the entity and those records as made by same in the experiences in the earth, and those records of the experiences through the interims between the activities in the earth.
2. In interpreting these for this entity, we find that there should first be understood by the entity:
3. There is given, irrespective of what the entity has done about those experiences, that which is LATENT in the personality of the entity. Personality in this sense means the activity of the ENTITY in MATERIALITY, while the urge arises from the influence of sojourns in the environs about the earth.
4. Hence they are as indications and not what WILL come to pass, but the law through which choice by the entity makes for or produces an advancement, a development of the soul of the entity.
5. Then, those influences in the earth become as the emotions, that are oft construed by the worldly wise as being the heredity - which is only partially true.
6. For there is the continual warring within the individual in EVERY activity as to that it should have done and that it has done about creative energies or the God-force in its experience.
7. Do not, then, confuse thyself.
8. The astrological aspects or sojourns, then, make for these innate influences in this entity:
9. We find in Mercury a high mental ability; a seeker. Oft through the experiences in the present sojourn has the entity - not changed its ideals so much as it has changed oft its approach to that it would MAKE its ideal. A mental seeking. And with that mental efficiency is that known and applied in the everyday experiences of the entity.
10. In Venus we find the making for an affability in the associations. Easily has the entity been able in its experience to make friendships, to manifest love, to manifest those things that have brought, do bring into the experience - as has been a portion of the entity's experience in the present - the uses to excess or to extremes. Thus, as in all excesses, there are brought the disturbing influences for the entity in the fruits produced by excess.
11. From this influence also there is the sensitiveness of the inner self, and there are those abilities to bring to others healing influence, healing forces, that arise from those experiences in that environ of Venus.
12. As indicated from those experiences there, in the physical forces of the body in the present arise disturbances that from the material angle are hard to cope with in treatments - considered beyond such. Yet love manifested, peace exhibited within self, harmony brought by loving associations, makes for opportunities in the physical forces of the life to see demonstrated that which is the basis, the cause, the reason that is the purpose for man's advent, for this entity's advent into materiality; that the love of the Father for His creatures, for His own, may be made manifest in and among those.
13. For He hath given, God hath not willed that any soul should perish but hath with every temptation prepared a way, a manner of escape for those that will be His own.
14. And as He has given, the will to be, the WILL to make for manifestations of His force and power and love and might has been His gift. So man has the choice. As it is said, there is set before thee - before each soul TODAY - good and evil, life and death. Choose thou.
15. Hence from those experiences in the Venus forces, from those associations, to this entity many abilities are brought in making known those truths by their daily application - as WELL as by counsel unto others.
16. There would be given here, this admonition to the entity:
17. Let the words of thy mouth, let the activities of thy body, let the purposes of thy soul, be charged with the love of the Father as shown in the Son; that those who know thee, who speak with thee, know THOU doth walk daily with thy Lord.
18. The influences in Mars make for anger, animosity, those conditions that are antagonistic often to those great loving forces from the Venus sojourn.
19. Hence anger at times has beset, does beset. Petty differences have arisen, as well as those great influences of anger as crystallized in the minds and experiences of masses, have wrought upon the experiences of the entity periods when it became necessary - if there would be the holding to self - to turn more and more within. Not as to shut self away, but as the influence, as the meeting place, as to the understanding of thine own relation to the Creative Forces, to God, to Eternity may be had as He hath illustrated, as He hath shown and given, in the TEMPLE of thine own - as He has promised to meet thee therein.
20. Turn within, then, in such a manner; meditating upon these, that thou be not overcome by these little differences of opinions.
21. For know the Lord THY God is One, and is not a respecter of persons; but LAW is love, love is law. And they that live by and in the law of love know Him the more perfectly.
22. In these applications, here we find more and more does and will and should the entity turn within to meditate upon those urges that arise from the spiritual influences of its sojourns in those environs about the earth.
23. For truly hath it been said, to be absent from the physical body is to be present with thy Lord.
24. Who, then - what is that thou hast set as thy ideal, thy Lord, thy God? To what hast thou accredited Him? How close art thou to knowing His ways? How usest thou thy opportunities? How oft walketh thou with Him? How long, O Lord, will Thou bear with the indifferences of Thy children!
25. As to the appearances in the earth, then, these be few in number; yet from these is the more seen those things that arise as emotions. For ever may it be said of this entity in the present experience, it has been, it is, emotional in its reactions to influences in and about the body.
26. Before this we find the entity was in the earth during that period when great changes, great opportunities were coming to man by the fulfilling of time and of the prayers of many.
27. At the period there were turmoils and strifes in many directions, and the peoples of the land were pulled between the truths or lessons being presented by the Romans as well as by the new interpretations by the peoples of the land.
28. But when the Prince of Peace came into the earth for the completing of His OWN development in the earth, HE overcame the flesh AND temptation. So He became the first of those that overcame death in the body, enabling Him to so illuminate, to so revivify that body as to take it up again, even when those fluids of the body had been drained away by the nail holes in His hand and by the spear piercing His side.
29. Yet this body, this entity, TOO, may do these things; through those promises that were so new yet so old, as given by Him. "Not of myself do I these things," saith He, "but God, the Father that worketh in me; for I COME from Him, I go to Him."
30. HE came, the Master, in flesh and blood, even as thou didst come in flesh and blood. Yet as He then proclaimed to thee, there is a cleansing of the body, of the flesh, of the blood, in such measures that it may become illumined with power from on high; that is WITHIN thine own body to WILL! "Thy will, O God; not mine, but Thine, be done in me, through me."
31. This was the message as He gave when He, too, overcame; surrendering all power unto Power itself, surrendering all will unto the will of the Father; making of self then a channel through which others taking hope through the knowledge that He hath perfected Himself, may bring to thee that grace, that mercy, that is eternity with Him and in Him.
32. Then in the name Jenife (as would be interpreted in the present) [See also 1152-3 on 11/27/36 giving her name also as Sarapha (or Sara)], the entity was a daughter of the Inn Keeper, that stood by - and was the second of those that took the Babe into their arms.
33. What should such mean in thy experience?
34. Is it any wonder that thou hast looked long into the face of those that were newly born and wondered, wondered what THEIR purpose, THEIR hardships, their joys, their sorrows would be in the earth?
35. In the experience the entity beheld not only the experiences of the shepherds but the words of the sages of the East who came bringing those gifts to Him that had been proclaimed from old should come again!
36. And He will come again and again in the hearts, in the minds, in the experiences of those that LOVE His coming.
37. But those when they think on Him and know what His Presence would mean and become fearful, He passeth by - even as the experiences of the entity through that sojourn found many that harkened not to the simple words of Him who gave, "Know thyself, know that thy Father abideth in thee. And if ye love Him, ye may know His ways, His experiences."
38. Before that we find the entity was in the Atlantean experience when there was the breaking up of the land itself, through the use of SPIRITUAL truths for the material gains of physical power.
39. Yet the entity was among those that were of the children of the Law of One, in the name Aian.
40. In the experience the entity was among those that ministered in the Temple of the Sun, from which all power was used for the aid of those in material things. Yet the entity was among those that understood how that the spirit of those that are given charge concerning the affairs among men came again and again, and gave the power to those that remained true in and among the sons of men!
41. When those periods came for dissolution of the earth's surface, upon which and through which the activities of the entity in the Temple there were to be destroyed, the entity aided in giving those instructions for the preservation of the lives of many of the faithful, to go into other lands.
42. Hence, after much of its goings about in the activities among various groups, the entity came to the Egyptian land.
43. Hence those things old, those things new, those things that are BLUE and those things that are wrought in gold and metal combined have an influence, an urge for possession - or for the use of same in the material experiences of the entity.
44. Those things that pertain to the mysteries of the deep, the mysteries of the universe, the mysteries of old, find a seeking - a seeking. And oft has the entity caught, as it were a fleeting glimpse of the temples of old there, as well as in those lands where the entity spent the latter portion of its experience - when the preparations were made in the Temples of Sacrifice, in the Temples of Beauty - or the Temple Beautiful; for the perfecting of bodies, of those that had been considered even by the entity and those associates of same as the rabble; that the Lord INDEED was not a respecter of persons; rather did He love those that loved their brethren.
45. In the experience the entity gained throughout, yet not without those meetings of strife in all its varied changes that are a portion of man's experience that looketh on the material to make it a portion of himself.
46. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, and that to which it may attain, and how:
47. Only are the abilities limited by that in which self limits its use of the Creative Forces as they may pass THROUGH THEE in thy service, IN aid to thy fellow man.
48. Study first to show thyself approved unto God, a workman not ashamed but presenting thy body as a LIVING sacrifice, known of others for thy good deeds; rightly applying the words of truth, keeping self unspotted from the condemnation in thine own understanding. Excuse everything in others; condemn not self or others but love the Lord, keep His ways; and thy days may be long in the earth which the Lord thy God giveth thee - and many will bless thee.
49. Ready for questions.
50. (Q) Am I writing along the proper lines for the greatest possible expression?
    (A) Very good; but interpret much of that thou hast written by that which has been given here. And ye will find the changes that are wrought by same will give, as it were, life, tone, hope and beauty to same.
51. (Q) What suggestions will you give me that will clarify my writing?
    (A) These have been given; that others, too, may know the Lord LIVETH. And if ye would know Him, be His! Ye say ye are the children of the Most High; then LIVE like that, act like that to thy fellow man! Doth He lord it over any? Does He not send the rain and the sun upon the just and the unjust alike? Do thou likewise, in the experience with thine own brethren!
52. (Q) What causes the apparent stoppage of thought at times? How can I clear this and allow a more even flow?
    (A) This has been given, in that way and manner in which ye may open thine self to the glories of the Most High.
53. (Q) Will my old book be used?
    (A) In a revised manner, yes.
54. (Q) Is the present friend from China the right collaborator?
    (A) Is his basic thought of the Most High? Let his activities be not in changing the message that thou gave, and will give, but rather in the even flow of its whole truth.
55. (Q) What should be the emphasis of my work up to July?
    (A) Just that which has been set out, holding same to those things given.
Study THIS. THEN ask and these will be more in keeping with that thou mayest accomplish.
56. We are through for the present.
