Yes - yes, we have the entity here; and those records as made by same in those experiences in the earth, those activities or consciousnesses in the sojourns of the interims.
The one experience in the earth becomes so outstanding in comparison with the rest that it overshadows them, though these are all of an active force in the influence of the entity - even in the present.
In giving then the interpretations as we find of those influences and forces that make for urges in the experience of the entity, know first that no urge, no influence is greater than the WILL of the self to DO that as is determined within self to be accomplished in any direction; whether from the physical forces, the mental attributes or a spiritual development.
For in the application of that which IS the spiritual force, the spiritual influence, arises that which is the effectual activity in the experience of each and every soul; in the application of that which is its ideal in its relationships to those about self.
For as the motivative influence is of the Creative Forces, then its abilities are only limited by the self's OWN indulgences or self's OWN WILL for self's own purposes.
For He hath given, "Are ye not gods in thine own right?"
The astrological forces as an influence to the entity mean little; though those urges that arise are as innate forces, even from the astrological aspects, owing to that position of the planets or the companions of the earth in this solar system, owing to the position of the various aspects of what is termed as the heavenly host. But not that the entity is ruled by these; rather the universal influences are in such a position because of the entity entering same.
For as He hath given, "Be ye mindful and subdue the earth, subdue the influences and forces in self that ye have allowed to enter."
But the activities of the entity in the earth then become more impelling, for the entity in its very nature - as indicated by the Piscean influence - is sensitive to influences of the spiritual or astral as well as of the material natures.
Hence we find that urges from the sojourns make for greater impelling forces in what may be termed the make-up of the entity AS an individuality and personality expressing itself in the material things.
In the astrological forces are indicated that the greater influences are from Jupiter, Uranus and Venus.
Hence we find an entity moved emotionally through its associations in the earth as well as by that which to the entity is as its ideal; a duty, a friendship, love, faith, hope, fellowship, longsuffering; enduring much. But learn ye patience, even with thine own self.
For few there be who comprehend that if they are patient first with their OWN selves they are then more capable of being, more able to be, patient with others.
For as He, thine brother, hath given, "In patience ye become aware of your souls."
These then be the influences that are to be cultivated, that are to be nourished, that are to be PRUNED, that are to be carried on in the application of thy relations with self as with others.
Do not then condemn self nor feel sorry for self, nor wish this or that concerning what has been or what is the lot in thy experience. Rather as He hath given, the Lord hath not willed that any soul should perish but with every temptation, with every failure, with every fault, hath prepared a way, a means, a manner of escape; that all may know the beauty of His love, of His manifested forces and influences in the material life.
For each soul enters each experience for the needs, the preparations, for a greater expression of His love.
For if ye would be like Him, if ye would know Him, ye must ENDURE, ye must make SURE, ye must manifest not only those influences that are as natures in thine development but PATIENCE, even with those that would despitefully use thee.
As to the appearances in the earth, the one stands so far beyond the others - as indicated - that they become rather of little note; yet they each have their influence as a lesson, as a stepping-stone upon the pathway. Or rather as that vision that was given him of old - yea, which has been, which will become a vision to thine self - of that ladder upon which the rungs of life become here and there the pathway upon which the angels of mercy, light, patience, understanding, brotherly love, descend and rise again. As thou in thine experience hast seen the ladder with the missing rung, know that such missing rungs are to be placed by not that as a service as duty alone; rather as the service of love, that ye may be even like Him.
Before this, then, we find the entity was among those influences or experiences about that land nigh unto the present activity, during those periods when materially there was waged strife and struggle for liberty of a peoples upon which was founded those principles of not might making right, not that as of an elect but rather that all are upon the same basis. For God is God of the father and of the son, of the king and of the servant, of the soldier, of the farmer, of every soul. He looketh not upon man as to his preeminence but rather as to his ability to be a channel of blessing to his fellow man, to be an expression, to be as a voice, to be as a SIGN unto those that are seeking - seeking - the WAY BACK HOME!
In that experience the entity was in the name of Irene Iradell (?), the daughter of a physician [See 1158-4, Par. 45-A.] in the experience that aided both the contending and the defending forces in those periods. And through the activities of the entity there was much peace, much harmony, much understanding, which the aids of the entity brought to those that were even of the contending forces and of a filial association and experience that made in the activities through the rest of the sojourn much of harmony and quiet and help and hope to many.
From that sojourn in the present experience we find those tendencies towards helpful forces where there has been the doubtful quest by some in their struggle for the experiences in life. Those that have faltered here and there, these does the entity find the means, the desire, the ways of helping. This also brings for the experience of the entity oft from the Uranian influence some questionings, by others, as of the reasons why the entity does this or that. Little does the entity heed, yet at times these speakings, these inferences, bring distressing moments. But patience learn ye with thy longsuffering, and these will become rather moments of joy than those of fear or doubt.
For those that would be a channel of a GLORIOUS Father will be joyous in the service.
Before that, then, we find comes the experience that is the outstanding one - of a glory, yet of a suffering; turmoils, yet joy; beautiful experiences, yet sorrow and shame.
For the entity was in that land where the Master walked, and the daughter of Mary the mother of the Lord - Ruth.
In the experience from those joys, those sorrows that came with the changing scenes of the activities of the entity during the experience, there came much that finds in self today the harkening to the experiences in vision; this listening, this expectancy that so oft becomes as a part of the innate self, this sensitive force for helpfulness; yet at times of questions, at times the rumble as of disturbances, the fearful things that come from activities of those in authority that make the ways of men as a fearful thing rather than the expressions of the glory of the love of the Father through Him that made the way straight, that gave the understanding that there IS a way that seemeth right but it may lead to misinterpretations. But he that leaneth upon the strong arm of the Father knoweth the Son, and knoweth the way. And His ways, though to the world are hard, to the soul become as stepping-stones for those great glories that come as it ministers; as the entity through that experience in its material activity ministered to those that were in want, that were in need of the material things.
Hence there comes in the experience in the present the helpfulness to the individual, to the masses, to those that have been as less fortunate in the material things of life. The heart goes out in adoration to those that, though in sorrow they smile, though in their turmoils and strife they remain faithful and pure in heart. These become as HELPFULNESSES to the entity in its influences in its relationships to others.
But learn ye patience with thyself!
In the experience as the entity became the more closely associated with those in authority from the civil forces, or the Roman influences through those experiences after the death upon the Cross, and after the periods of those beautiful experiences with the disciples and the apostles, there came then that helpful aid in the entity's activity as it journeyed with those that would aid and bring to account much of those forces that brought to the powers of the Roman period the awareness of the Christ influence as exemplified in the MAN Jesus.
In the experience in the present, those influences will and do remain as the more beautiful, those to which it will hold the more.
Other sojourns in the earth were experienced, as in the 'city in the hills and plains' when the entity was among the Grecian forces that turned again to the satisfying of their own selfish motives. There the entity had turmoils.
Yet the forces as in the experience of Ruth, that co-laborer with the mother of the Master, are the outstanding ones.
As to the activities in the present, then:
Remain active in keeping clear in the hearts, in the minds of those that may be materially or mentally aided, the fact that He, the Master, LIVES - LIVES - in the hearts and the minds! Not as one far away, or that one should ascend to bring a message.
For as He hath given, "I stand at the door and knock. If ye will but open, I will enter in."
In THIS message may the entity find, as it journeys through the experiences of life, that the greater hope, the greater blessings, the greater understandings may come.
For all men seek a LIVING, personal God that manifests not only in their sorrows but their joys. So many seek that which is as a prop, and forget when affluence or pleasure comes that to whom and with whom they will sup as they enjoin themselves in the activities in the material relations.
Keep that faith of Ruth, that period when there came almost all experiences that may be said to be heir to the flesh. But as thy brother, thy Master, thy Lord, LEARN YE PATIENCE!

(Q) What is the significance or explanation as to why Dr. H. R. Charlton of Bronxville, N.Y., was the central figure in the mystical experience which I had in the Bronxville Hospital in May 1927? (A) He was one that aided the entity in the experiences that followed the resurrection of the Master, that brought together the entity and its companion [1151] in that experience, that aided in the material as the entity aided in the spiritual welfare of all.
(Q) Did the entity know the man from Rome -
(A) (Interrupting) Married a Roman!
(Q) Did I know the Roman who walked with Christ to Emmaus?
(A) Married the one. With him then the entity returned to Rome, as has been indicated, aiding in the interpreting, in helping others to understand the message that Jesus brought.
