TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1188].
2. As we find, while there is very good physical development, there ARE those inclinations, those tendencies that may be corrected in the present and make for a much greater aptitude in the mental and physical reactions. And the developing of a normal body meeting those disturbances in the present would prevent the inclinations for the influence of those forces that may become as infectious or of other natures as warring against same.
3. For there may be builded in the functioning of the glands as related to the secretions for the circulatory forces such as to produce influences and elements that will overcome this nervousness, this excitableness that arises at times - that's over and above the developing eagerness that is natural with every normal, developing mind. It will also aid to overcome those tendencies for the lack of energy at times that the body lacks in its LAGGING and most of all this susceptibility to the atmospheric pressures as well as the tendencies for infectious forces to become disturbing to the body.
4. The blood supplies indicate these weaknesses, these tendencies in the nervous system and especially in the activity as related between the sympathetic nervous forces with the thyroid, the thymus, the adrenal. All of these show the indication of this nervous disturbance. And with the proper diet, the proper applications of those things that will make for an equalization of same through the body, there will be brought to the body much better, much greater abilities. Especially the body will be aided in regard to those tendencies or those strains as related to the organs of the sensory system, those activities in the whole of the body in this developing period; so as to make for a much nearer normal condition for this body, [1188].
5. Then, we would begin at first with the diets; these as we find are the more necessary for a physical reaction, and then a mental and physical coordination through the power of suggestion by those activities of those about the body - as well as that attitude or expectancy that is created in the activity of the system itself by the very elements that may be taken to produce an activity of the glandular forces and glandular secretions of the body.
6. Citrus fruit juices; combining orange and lemon. To four ounces of orange juice and half a teaspoonful of lemon juice and stir this in. Equal parts of orange juice and grapefruit juices may be taken. These should be taken at least three to four times each week. And do not give same ALWAYS at the morning meal. Let it be at periods where it may be distributed through the day, until it would come to the time when it would be taken at three or four o'clock in the afternoon; and then change from then until morning again, of course.
7. Whole wheat, as rolled or crushed - these as we find are the better as cooked cereals, these given through the periods of the warm weather, provided the crushed wheat is used. But do not take at the same meal, or even at the same day, when the citrus fruits are taken.
8. As we find, too, those activities with the White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets should be a part of the diet, or be taken before the meal is taken once a day - ONE tablet. This may be crushed and taken in a drink if it is preferable to give same to the body in this manner, especially in the beginning.
9. A gentle massage should be given about twice a week, preferably just after the evening bath. This should be with a combination of oils, as these:
10. To 4 ounces of the Russian White Oil, add - in the order named:

    Compound Tincture of Benzoin.........1/2 ounce,
Oil of Wintergreen...................1/2 ounce,
Pure Olive Oil.........................1 ounce.

Shake these together and use just what will be massaged or absorbed, after the evening bath, along the spine, see?
11. It would be well that once a week or twice a week there be used the Radio-Active Appliance, as the body rests in the afternoon or noon, see? These would be well.
12. The mental suggestions for the mental and physical and spiritual coordination would be by suggestions as the body loses itself in sleep. Have a regular period then when the stories or an interesting incident would be told that makes for a part of the mental or educational factors in the developing mind. And as the body loses consciousness make those suggestions to the subconscious self that will take on, that will act in, those responses to the influences for a creative activity in the mental and spiritual forces of the body.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Those things given for the diet should just be added to the present diet?
    (A) Added to present diet, for these as indicated are at various periods, see?
Do these and, as we find, we will soon see those changes in the physical and mental development of this body, [1188].
15. We are through for the present.
