(Q) Are osteopathic treatments advisable?
(A) For this body, as we find once a week is sufficient, or
once in ten days or two weeks; but these are much better
taken in periods regularly for two to three weeks, then left
off - even though there are only two to three treatments
given - for a month to six weeks; then taken again - rather
than just continually done, see?
(Q) Is there any special work to be accomplished through the
osteopathy?
(A) The osteopathic adjustments are ever - where a general
treatment is indicated, as here - to keep the perfect
alignment throughout the cerebrospinal system; making such
manipulative forces as to keep the ganglia coordinating -
especially where they coordinate with the cerebrospinal and
the sympathetic systems; as in the upper cervical, in the
upper portion of the dorsal, 9th dorsal and 4th lumbar; but
of course this means going through the WHOLE movement of the
extremities at such times.
(Q) He doesn't like osteopathic treatments. Is it
essential?
(A) It is essential.
(Q) What about his diet?
(A) His diet is very good.
(Q) What about these extra tablets - the Squibb's Yeast?
(A) These are very good, but - as always in such cases - do
not have it a CONTINUOUS thing. Let the reactions from the
applications mechanically (that is, osteopathically), and the
massage, be such that the BODY builds - and is not dependent
upon outside influences so much.
(Q) What about Squibb's di-calcium viosterol?
(A) These are very good for this body through the winter
season.
(Q) How many should be taken?
(A) One tablet about twice a day should be sufficient. Take
them for period, then leave off for periods, so that the
body reacts to same. Take them for two weeks, three weeks,
leave off a week, then commence consistently again.
(Q) Should the White's Cod Liver Oil Tablets be taken?
(A) These are very good.
Do these and we will bring the better conditions for this
body. We are through for the present.
