In the diet keep away from red meats and fried foods. Keep
rather to those things that are more easily assimilated.
More of the vegetable diet, rather than of meats. Of course,
a little of the meats may be taken, but preferably the BONY
pieces of the chicken would be taken - this cooked in such a
way that even the small ends of the bones may be chewed, -
the neck, the carcass, the feet, the joints, etc., stewed so
that they are soft and juicy. These portions carry calcium,
as to be a better stimulation for the activity of the system
throughout.
Even a little of Calcios spread on a cracker two or three
times a week would be most beneficial; not more than just
enough to cover a small cracker or wafer, see? and this
taken about twice or three times a week.
But keep the Mullein Poultice just long enough to relieve the
tension, - and then increase the eliminations, - not so much
by cathartics - though these occasionally will be necessary.
Take the agar or the oils, preferably as may be found in the
agar that is alkalin and prepared with phenolphthalein, - as
in the (Alkalin) Petrolagar. This will aid in keeping the
eliminations, and relieving these tendencies that cause the
absorption of poisons in the system.
Do these.

Calcios is manufactured and distributed through Dr. A. A.
Nichoson, Colloidal Health Products Corp., Greenvale, Long
Island, N.Y. It comes in a syrupy paste, and sells for
$2.50 a jar. The Readings indicate it is the best way of
assimilating free calcium, outside of eating the bony pieces
of fowl as indicated above.)
