TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. As we find, there are improvements in the general physical forces of the body.
3. It is well to keep these rather as preventatives and to so make for the conditions in the body as not to be so susceptible to cold or congestion:
4. Keep in the open and sunshine as much as possible without allowing the body to get cold, or without getting the feet damp or the like.
5. Well that in the evenings or at times the feet, the body, be massaged with the compound that has been indicated; the equal combination of Mutton Suet, Spirits of Turpentine and Spirits of Camphor.
6. As these conditions gradually clear, it is necessary to keep the eliminations well, of course; and also it would be well to give the body one to three drops of Sweet Spirits of Nitre, for those activities that would work upon the kidneys or that would produce a purifying or clearing of same.
7. These as we find are the conditions for the body in the present.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What about the diet?
   (A) This as we find can be returned to almost that of a normal diet.
10. (Q) Should the Spirits of Nitre be given one dose each day?
    (A) Just ONE dose, not each day but one dose! and then if in a week or ten days there is not the full activity, give one more dose. We do not want to produce an irritation but only to keep the system cleared of the impulses that, of course, naturally arise from the congestions that have existed.
11. We are through with this reading.
