(Q) Shall I resume Vapor Baths?
(A) These as we find would be beneficial. As to how often,
- these, as indicated, are given in connection with the dry
heat, to produce the moisture upon the external portions of
the body. Not so heavy as to be weakening, - that is, not
such a great heat; and then the vapor baths, or the heating
of the liquids indicated in the cabinet, so that there are
the formations upon the body from the vapor upon the body,
in combination with the dry heat. Give these in the manners
as we have indicated.
(Q) Which of the following would you suggest to give the
vapor baths? [See names in 1224-6, Par. B2.]
(A) (Interrupting) Either of these that will COOPERATE!
(Q) Shall I resume taking grape juice? How much, how often?
(A) Two ounces with one ounce of plain water four times each
day; at least thirty minutes before each meal AND at bedtime.
This is the manner in which to take it.
(Q) Should I reduce my weight? If so, how much and in what
manner?
(A) The taking of the grape juice will tend to cut down upon
the sugar supplying, and thus maintain a better body ratio
throughout the system.
(Q) What should I do differently from the present to hasten
results?
(A) Just be persistent and consistent, and as we find the
results will come. These are growths. It is not a hastening
that is desired, but the proper corrective forces as related
to bodily functionings!
(Q) Should beef be excluded from diet?
(A) This is not a matter of excluding so much as to how
often and the manner of preparation! As we find, it is best
that it not be taken too often, though it may be taken at
times; that is, once a week, twice a month or the like.
(Q) Should white flour be excluded?
(A) This is better, as we find, to be excluded.
(Q) Anything else?
(A) These should depend, of course, upon the reactions to
the body. And a great deal of suggestion should be given by
the one administering, as the results are seen in the body -
or according to the results seen! Remember, these conditions
do not react as a rule, or irrespective! that is, whether
or no! but they are dependent upon the reactions of the body
physically and spiritually to the administrations, see?
(Q) Could it be advised thru this approach as to the
possibility of a Physical Reading being acceptable to my
husband, [
1266], at this address? [See 1224-6, Par. R1.]
(A) This may be better obtained by consulting with, advising
with, [
1266]!
We are through with this Reading.
