(Body and enquiring mind, who seeks help, physically, mentally, spiritually, in lifting herself out of her present predicament, so as to be enlightened with clear vision, strength, and the urge to work. Ques.)

EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [1231]; those conditions, those activities that disturb the body in a physical, material and spiritual manner.
As we find, in the physical forces of the body there needs be given consideration regarding the lack of the vitality, the lack of the strength as it were to MAKE for that physical and mental and material urge for the activities of the body.
The deficiencies as we find are in that as may be said to be the ionizing or the electrifying of the energies between a very poor eliminating system and the distribution of that assimilated.
For as is indicated, while there are not in the present any material physical disturbances, there is the GENERAL debilitation, the inclination to soon tire, the non-organic activity of the coordination between the impulses and the physical activities for carrying on.
These as we find are those conditions that should be considered from the PHYSICAL angle.
The inability at times to rest, the inability for sleep to quiet or to produce recuperation for the body makes these indications physically.
And these as we find may be materially aided if those vibrations are used once a day or twice a day - if the condition arises that makes for the need of same - from the Radio-Active Appliance. This will make for better rest, this will make for the abilities for the concentration of the mental forces of the body, and will make for those activities in the system wherein the body will be PHYSICALLY more FIT for material activities.
In the mental and the spiritual forces of the body, these upsets as we find arise more from indecisions - that are oft produced, or have been produced at times by the loss of confidence in individuals with whom the body HAS been associated in varied ways and manners.
These as we find should not, if the mental attitudes are correctly balanced, make for the disappointments, disillusionments that arise from such - or the showing of weaknesses in the mental aptitudes of the body.
True, the general physical conditions have been and are a contributory cause to these very indecisions, to the very lacking of pep, lacking of push, lacking of energies - as arise in conjunction with the physical or material associations.
As we find, in gaining (with the material effect) the correct attitude, it would be well that the body take into consideration more of the spiritual attitudes that should be the position of the body as related to the mental and material surroundings. These as we find may be best described, may be best aided or best aid the body by following those injunctions as have been given by the lawgiver in those indicated in the 30th of Deuteronomy, as indicated in the 23rd, 24th and 57th Psalms. These as we find indicate the attitudes as warnings, as stimulating mental and spiritual activities, as are here outlined for those that would seek to know their relationships with their fellow man as well as their relationships in connection with same with the spiritual forces in their own experience.
Hence these are the keynotes, these are the attitudes that are propounded, given, manifested here in the experiences of these individuals; not only as writers but as teachers, as directors, as ministers, as priests, in their respective relationships to their people, their friends, their foes, their God.
In the study of these then, the entity will find - with the PHYSICAL strength gaining, through the ability to gain rest, to gain strength, to gain affability, to gain aptability, to bring about an attitude, an air surrounding the influences of the body - that when it lends itself in those activities of its daily life, in associations of whatever fields of activity that are presented or chosen, these will make for such a change as to make the beauties of life, the activities of hopeful and helpful surroundings created in the experience of others by the activities of the entity as to bring strength, help, hope, peace, happiness.
In those things that would have to do as much with OUTDOOR life as indoor life, preferably; not as separate but as COMBINED, we find will make for those activities in the employment of self that will bring an outlook upon this experience as being more and more worthwhile.

(Q) How long should the Radio-Active Appliance remain attached if used twice a day?
(A) Twice a day the use would be for about thirty to thirty-five minutes. Once a day, an hour to an hour and a half.
The body will find that when there is reading, studying, or any mental attitude that is desired to be impressed - as the reading of those suggested not as texts but as messages to the entity, that are alive with the spiritual force of an all-wise, all-loving Father, that are expressed in those texts suggested for the entity to read - it would be well that the Appliance be attached to the body during such a period; preferably lying down. Attach one anode to the right wrist, the other to the opposite ankle, opposite sides of the body; that is, right wrist, left ankle; left wrist, right ankle.
(Q) Why am I so weak in strength and resistance?
(A) As indicated, the lack of that coordination between the hepatic circulation as related to the superficial and the deeper circulation. Hence the taxation to the body makes for tiredness in the arms and shoulders, heaviness through the limbs and through the pelvic organs - or about the waist. These become as STRAINS then upon the system. This balance as will be created by the revivifying, the recharging of the body as it were by the very atomic forces of the body-functioning itself, will bring strength and vitality, rest and better assimilation.
(Q) How may I get strong physically?
(A) As has been indicated.
(Q) How may I get hold of myself, in order to forget myself?
(A) As has been given, as the strength and the vitality are gained, and the aptitude and attitude by the use of those applications, we will find quite a different outlook. Use those texts or chapters as indicated as if the writer, as if the Father was SPEAKING DIRECT to the ENTITY, to SELF! Read them with that understanding, that interpretation! And ye will find that the attitude towards individuals, towards conditions, will have a much greater meaning; bringing into the experience harmony and an activity worth-while.
(Q) How may I become interested in things and have the incentive or urge to work?
(A) Just as has been indicated. These all work together, see? First we have a physical condition. We apply the Radio-Active Appliance that creates a balance, a unison. At the same time there is the mental attitude as has been laid out, that has been given for those who seek to know THEIR position with the Creative Forces or God and their relationship to their fellow man.
These then coordinating will bring harmony, strength and vitality, and a new outlook on life.
Do that.
Be consistent, yet be persistent.
(Q) Along what specific lines, when and how should I seek work?
(A) As has been indicated, that first as much OUTSIDE as possible. Those that may have to do with the home, with the play, or with the supervision of the young. ANY of these come under the directions that bring to the body RENEWED energy.
And let self first know that there is a care from the Creative Forces, or THIS attitude:
The Father, God, hath not willed that man should even WORRY, much less perish; but hath in His direction to His people pointed the way wherein strength, vitality and work come with the closer walking with Him.

7/24/36 EC's letter to [1231]:
"In trying to give you my interpretation of the information given you on the 24th, first consider there is a physical condition that is contributing to the feelings of the body, sapping the strength, causing everything to be more or less colored as it were. The mental and spiritual unrest are then added too by this condition. So when the physical is aided by the use of those things suggested, there is to be with this a change of mental attitude by the understanding of that as is a guide for everyone, the word of God to man through his prophets. Then this message becomes personal by the personal application of this in our own lives. This aids the physical as well as the mental, and thus the outlook on life will be changed. Thus you will be able to carry on with assurance both from within and with the assurance that you can and are complying with the directions given you by and from Divine sources. The way then is opened for you. It is not a fanciful way but a plain everyday living the life that is meant for you to live.
"Thus you see as you have been of help to others here and there the whole life was brighter. But with the illness of body the light failed and the outlook has been different. With the suggestions, then all this should be brought back to a harmonious way for you.
