TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1245].
2. Now, as we find, there are conditions that disturb the better physical functioning of the body. And in the giving that as we find that may be helpful to this body, with the attitudes, with the tenets that are as a portion of the experiences of this body, it is well to consider the sources of aid or help that may come to an individual activity of a body.
3. While the body is made up of an atomic structure, with all the pathological effects of a physical reaction, and the motivative force or the builder in such is mind which is set in motion in inception in its forces, we find that it is added to by the attitudes maintained towards spiritual influences.
4. When a body becomes then unbalanced through infectious forces or any forces that make for a pathological condition, while the mental and spiritual attitudes ARE a portion of those influences that may make for corrective measures, it is necessary at times - to create a normal balance - to add through the physical application those elements, those influences which may be lacking in a system for the proper coordination and a proper COOPERATIVE reaction in that coordination.
5. There have been and are disturbances in the physical forces of this body, [1245], where there has been and is an unbalancing of the elements in the system as pertain to the activity or the functioning of organs in relation to the eliminating and assimilating forces of the body. Thus through the drosses that have been as accumulations, the taxation to the portions of the system - as of the hepatic circulation as related to the lymphatic and the superficial circulation - has caused and does cause those disorders in portions of the extremities.
6. As we find then, if there would be the addition into the system of those influences or properties that make for a coordinant activity between the pathological, the psychological, the mental and the influences to make for an equal balance, these will be helpful - for we find these are in their inception and in their sources of the ONE SOURCE!
7. For life itself in its manifestations in or through matter is of that creative energy or influence which is manifested in, or called by man as the god-force in man.
8. Hence those from animal, mineral, vegetable kingdoms or forces as may be combined in compounds that may be activative with the influences of the system, then, are in their inception, in their basic force, from the same source of life itself. For they, as an influence, work with or work against - as has been seen by the unbalancing of the forces in this system itself.
9. Hence as we have in this body a blood supply that is abnormal in its pressure, we have an activity through the hepatic circulation as an unbalanced condition by the elements or salts and influences of the forces in the body, then to bring about a better coordination in these:
10. We would find that the adding then of these in the system in the proportion and in the manner as we would indicate here would bring about a feeling of not only relief but give the physical and mental forces of the body the greater opportunity for their expression among the physical forces and physical beings that are - as self - a manifestation of that influence, that force of good that represents, or is a manifestation of the creative energies or forces in the air and in matter itself.
11. Then as we would find, we would take - AFTER the evening meal - a quarter teaspoonful of Alcaroid in a glass of water. First stir same in a small quantity of water to dissolve, then fill the glass and drink, stirring it thoroughly; then drink another glass of water afterwards. These properties will tend to make for a relief of the tendencies for acidity in the system. These we would take for four, five, six days - each day after the EVENING meal, see?
12. Then on the sixth day, in the evening, take two tablets of the Zilatone compound.
13. After this, after the third day, begin again with the Alcaroid, taking it regularly.
14. Then after the first period of this, every third day take the Zilatone in the evening - until this has been kept for sufficient period to thoroughly alkalinize and thoroughly cleanse the system as related to the activities of the liver, the pancreas, and thus aiding the kidneys in their eliminations of the forces and influences as of the acids that arise from their poor activity in the system.
15. And about the second day of those, we would begin with the vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance, that make for an easy resting - of an evening, just before retiring.
16. And during those periods of using the Appliance, for an hour each evening when this is being applied, if the body remains in a meditative state it will be helpful; or if it finds that the reading is of that which is of a spiritual and constructive nature, then this will not only enable the body to rest, it will enable it mentally to be more active, it will find the general reactions to spiritual influences of quite a different nature.
17. Occasionally the use of high enemas would be advisable for the body; whether this is once in two weeks or once in a month depends upon the very activity of the system itself. Remember that where there has been a great deal of disturbance through the eliminations of the body, and there have been the poisons and the accumulations from a poor circulation, there is the tendency for the colon to make for the accumulations of poisons and these cleansed by water is an excellent manner to make for a reaction that becomes most helpful in the body-feelings for the vitality to be counterreactive to disturbing forces and to bring pep, vim and vitality to the whole system.
18. Rubs occasionally with a compound of equal portions Olive Oil an Tincture of Myrrh along the spine, along the sciatic centers, especially through the soles of the feet, will make for resting the body and give for the circulation - as increased by the application of the influences or forces in the system - a better opportunity for the eliminating.
19. Do these and, as we find, we will bring the better conditions for the body.
20. In the diet, while these have been very well in most cases, most instances of the body, the combinations at times have been the disturbing forces. When potatoes are taken let it be with the jackets and not just the pulp of same. Do not eat white bread but preferably the whole wheat and THAT toasted, or corn bread - this preferably made with either plain hot water or with egg. These as we find will materially aid, if the other combinations are kept. Do not eat cereals and citrus fruit juices at the same meal. These have been bad at times in the activities of the body. Not too much of sugars, but honey as sweets is very good and will be found to agree with the body - especially honey IN the honeycomb, with corn bread.
21. Ready for questions.
22. We are through for the present.
